Changing from store pu to delivery was nightmare

That started an absolute nightmare. Was not able to reach the store by phone and had to set up through what sounded like a remote service. Over several days we were sent emails changing the delivery date no less than 4 times and then told it wasn't even in stock when we knew it had arrived at store. Bad experience. Matt from Geek Squad was finally the saving grace. Thank you Matt in Morehead City store.

The only issue I had was communication. The delivery took place 4 hours after the expected delivery time. If they would have informed me that they were running late, I could have stayed at work.
