If thier a problem they will come back and make sure the customer is happy

The 2 techs were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and safe. We got a complete explanation of all items that were installed. Could not have been happier

Delivered on time

BB normally charges $50 because I live in the boondocks, but it was waived because I am an elite member :) Would’ve been happy to pay the money to have it delivered here if I wasn’t though. I’m always happy with my service at BB

HORRENDOUS

Supervisors do not care and the escalation process is beoken. Senior.leadership cannot evn ve contacted or bithered to be made aware. No on has the ability to make a logical decaion to bring resolution to my delivery issue.

Dish washer

I’ve waited on this product since February. I’ve called and called until they finally gave me delivery dates. Then it wasn’t delivered the day it said. I’m still waiting my deliver of products

October 2019 Geek Sqaud Delivered

Parked their Best Buy van out of the way of the neighbors, delivered and setup. Wonderful. So pleased we phone the store to say Thank You.
