The gentlemen arrived on time and quickly installed my new TV, explaining the operation of the set and answering my questions fully, and--in a manner that said they cared. Great service!

Great Fast Service

Thank god for the warranty! The geek squad was out within a week and replaced the tv, hooked it up and installed back on the wall! They called to check up on us the whole way through. So I bought a new warranty with this new tv. Hopefully I won’t need it but if I do I know I have NO worries!!

All personnel that came to my address were awesome and friendly. No complaints about any service I received from any of them on their multiple visits

I still have not received my merchandise which was supposed to be delivered before Thanksgiving. They also told me I would have a gift card, but they didn’t tell me. I had to use it by a certain date.

Plus I thank the delivery drivers for bringing it inside and that I bought it before this while pandemic prevented them from coming inside the house and not just curb side
