Since we are not within a zone of operation, we are paying a little more to have the Geek squad travel to our house which is about 10 miles beyond the defined zone.

The Extended Delivery Area installation (to area zone 4 Iowa) by a private installation company was EXCELLENT. It was also faster than geek squad could have come. Highly recommend the guy. Have to go through Best Buy.

Delivery folks are not only nice but call you before hand to let you know they are on the way. Very nice and professional and do just what was expected. I like BB way of delivery, other companies you have to beg to set the item in the house, these folks are willing to set in the house for you. Thanks BB

The installation services were outside of the service area. But by having Total Tech, there was no extra charge. The installers showed up timely and ready to work.

Delivery and installation by bestbuy will be the best decision you will make. They were on time very quick and made it seem like easy job which in reality it was not since my basement stairs are narrow.

The technician had to drive quite a distance. They both stated it was a beautiful drive and I'm sure your area is large but we appreciate all of the professional care in the setup.

Well worth the money for this one. I didn’t have to go pick up, deliver, and install. Saved me over two hours of drive time plus whatever it would have taken to install.

Best buy team - did an awesome job. 2 young men - neat and professional. Very respectful of home. 5 stars as during covid there was a backlog and huge issues with getting new appliaances. Our entire order was delivered and installed as promised.

Although our new KitchenAid refrigerator brand is known for its quality, this extended warranty plan allows us to make only one call to the Geek Squad for service should the need arise.....instead of spending time researching/procuring from unknown refrigerator service contractors.

It was very bad experience. I didn’t get my delivery after a month wait. They cancel my delivery without asking me. No recommendations

Installation process is very easy workers install deliver and guide you through all the steps, and if any questions will help you out as best as possible 

I'm not sure what extended area service is but the store is in Waynesville and i live in Bryson City so I guess I'm out of their usual range.

The delivery schedule was overloaded and my appliances never made it. There was no communication to notify me and I spent hours trying to get information on when they would be delivered which ended up being 5 days later. It was not due to any fault of the store manager or employees. There is a separate department that schedules and handles the deliveries. The store manager was responsive and very helpful.
