It has a Great picture and is so easy to set up, you won’t be disappointed.

Installation was also incorrect. The water hose was reinstalled in front of the leg so it is exposed. The manual indicates this is wrong. Now we are told it will not be replaced on the 6th. But hopefully the 27th. That is 2 months since it was delivered. We will not recommend LG and possibly not recommend Best Buy for delivery and installation.

The installer was awesome and amazing, super nice and accommodating of the tiniest of requests! The image quality is amazing, and I love the true black and flat matte screen. But the blooming effects are awful. The UI is clunky and the slightest touch of the remote kicks you off whatever app you were doing. Using ARC with an external receiver, the volume controls take up of 30% of screen. There is some wierd AI screen stuff going on causing everything to flicker white. When you turn off the wierd active motion thing, the image instantly goes darker, instead of just "not smoothing" the original image

Owning land several miles past Settler's Bay, I am so grateful that Best Buy delivered the full-size refrigerator I wanted directly to my R.V. Randall is an amazing person and positively represents Best Buy. I'm unable to lift, yet the refrigerator was perfectly set up and running in my RV by Randall and his help. With rents being sky high, I'm able to experience peaceful wilderness living during the summer months in my RV (saving nearly 10 Grand). Best Buy delivered an amazing Insignia refrigerator (their brand) which does a fantastic job. I'm very glad to let everyone know.

Great picture on the sony bravia 7 I highly recommend buying it if you are on the fence.If you are uncomfortable with setting up the tv I also recommend using geek squad they were very professional in my experience.

The delivery crew was pleasant and efficient. Removed old washer and installed new without problems.

After waiting for the unit to be delivered to the store, the subcontract arrived, when scheduled, with the unit. It could not be installed, due to the old unit being hard wired After installing the required receptacle, the subcontractor (Paul) returned and installed my range. He and his assistant did a fantastic job and were very professional in all aspects.

Excellent delivery service. On time and efficient. We asked for 2 people to take out our old double oven and install new double oven. They arrived as requested.

I understand things can go wrong. It's very unfortunate their lift gate broke and caused them to be late for delivery BUT the installation was also wrong. It was supposed to be delivery, installation, and removal of old appliance(didn't happen because lift gate being broken). The appliance since the day they installed it has an error code of E CF. Apparently that code means problem with the fan at the bottom of the fridge that needs professional repair (which maybe happened when they took it off the truck without using the liftgate). Since it was delivered (March 12th) the freezer defrosts everything, the ice maker doesn't work and the filtered water isn't cold. Still trying to get someone out here to pick up the old fridge left out on the street(city already said I'll get fined) and trying to get a replacement or someone to fix this fridge. I just feel dissatisfied with this experience.

Install was excellent i very satisfied. And wil recommend these purchases and install work to others in the near future thank yous .

The delivery guys were kind and courteous. They called and siad that they were 30 minutes away from delivery. When they showed up they showed us it was still in the box and put it where we wanted it. They went above and beyond and took out our old refrigerator for me since I couldn't move it. I am extremely pleased with how they handle everything plus they made sure that the new refrigerator didn't have any scratches or dents.

Delivery was very smooth. I appreciated receiving an updated time window on day of delivery and the ability to track the delivery. This made it very easy to still do some chores and no where the delivery was and when it was likely to arrive. The delivery people themselves were very professional and did a great job.

Delivery and service was great. I cant wait to use it.
