I wanted a solution to be able to review my pictures when shooting outdoors with my DSLR Nikon D7K and this was an affordable solution relatively. The wireless switches on automatically, transfers the pictures and then shuts down till another picture is clicked. Didnt seem to affect camera battery a lot yet but I have'nt really put this to the full test.

I like this product because it makes taking and transfering pictures to my phone or computer much easier. I think its great they have a "cloud" where all your pictures can be seen on the website. Was kind of confusing at first to set up and remember to connect to the eyefi card on your wireless network to work. Also, some pictures that I take on my phone (not using the eyefi card) end up on my eyefi pictures. Overall, I do like its capabilities and would recommend this product.

Great product for the price. Easy to set up out the package. The distance from camera to iPad Air was much further than I expected. Works great just like other class 10 SDHC. The only problem that I have about this product is that when it's wifi transferring to my iPad Air there's a slight delay when I'm shooting models. It's nothing worth returning the product for but it's not instant either. With that said ill still recommend this to all photographers.

This card was a birthday present and is used in a Canon T4i. Very easy to set up in both the camera and the Samsung Tab 2 (10.1). For our business, this item is a time saver to be able to see the photos on a larger screen to determine whether another shot needs to be taken. For personal use, the instant gratification is fantastic! Subjects in the photo can see the result on a larger screen as I continue to take photos. My only wish is that I had gotten a version that could load directly to the computer instead of an Android device. Although, this is not a deal breaker. The main reason I wanted one of these is to have a backup on another device, just in case something happened to the card before I was able to download the photos. I noticed another reviewer mentioned software that would allow photos to be sent to the computer. Will have to check this out! If this software works, I will give this a 5-star rating! Would still recommend this product!

I took over 400 photos with this SD card in a Nikon D40 and paired it with an iPhone 5 while on a trip to Asia. The pairing of the card to the iPhone was simple and transfers were fast, once a connection is established. The only issue is that you need to take a few photos with the camera before the card begins transferring any new photos to the phone. I recommend pairing it to a large capacity device as the photos will pile up on the phone and take up space. If I had to do it all over again, I would have paired the SD card with my 32GB iPod Touch rather than my 16GB iPhone, my primary device.

At first, I was hesitant to buy this product due to the small size in terms of the wifi and memory capability stated. I was concerned that this small sd card would not be capable enough. Boy was I surprised. It was a slightly annoying to install and register the software/card, but afterwards the connection was seamless. It was "insert card in the camera and let your computer/device automatically connect and start saving the pictures." The other thing that was great was that all the pictures are also saved on the sd card as well, so if the laptop or phone messes up, all the pictures are still saved.

It took some setting up to get the eyefi card to work, as there are several versions of the apps in the store, finding the right one was hit or miss. Then there is a short term free membership to their online gallery, where you can upload your images to. For me it worked for what I needed, as I wanted to quickly relay photos to an Editor and by having them go from my camera through my cell phone to the gallery, then I could move them over to an album for the Editor to see. The card is indeed slow to store images, so do not expect quick repeat shots to be able to be handled. I have not yet decided if I will continue with the online storage as that is not something that I would need on a regular basis. It is not cheap, and not really sure that I need it. Beyond the extra cost having the card send photos to the phone, it was fine, nothing that great. No doubt the technology will improve, until them I am giving it an average.

These Eye-Fi SD cards are awesome, just take your pictures and they will automatically upload to your PC, Laptop or where ever you want the to be stored when you are within range. I really like these cards, I have one in my camera and I even have one in a game camera on my deer lease. I can Retrive the pictures without having to go all the way to the trail camera, thus eliminating any sent in the area.

I wanted to add wifi to a camera and this does just that. Transfer pics to my phone and tablet by using the app and switching wifi to the eyefi card. Only drawback is the photos are all transferred which can be slow and consume space in short supply.

Works great for transferring files from camera to iPhone or iPad (Mobi won't transfer to laptop/computer like X2 can). I have a few of the other cards and I may be wrong but the mobi seems to connect and reconnect faster/more reliably than pro x2 and in general seems transfers are more reliable. My X2 used to miss some files everyone in a while, but haven't noticed that with Mobi. I usually only use it to transfer jpg for proofing or to post or send to friends/family... Raw+jpg files are very slow, so I don't even bother with it when shooting raw: write time a lot slower than other SD cards in my fuji x-e2 or nikon d7000. For proofing during shooting I use nikon's WT-4a transmitter when needing to transfer longer distances or larger files, but the eye-fi works fairly well if destination device is very close to the camera and not shooting raw if camera only has one media slot- if your camera has 2 slots, send raw files to fast sd/cf card and send small jpg to Mobi and that should help speed up the process a little. For vacations and snapshots, the eyefi is great- I have 3 of them.
