    Grew up watching Ray Harryhausen films in theaters. Yes, I'm that old. I was fascinated by his stop-motion special effects of 'monsters': 2 headed dogs, Medusa, the Kracken, skeleton warriors, etc. I was absolutely terrified of the bird in his movie "The Giant Claw". Best post-WWII science fiction until "Star Wars" in 1977.

    If you are a fan of Ray Harryhausen, The MASTER of Stop-Motion Animation, this is a must have for your collection. These five movies are Harryhausen at his best. The stories are somewhat dated by today's standards, but all are still a fun watch. Sit back and enjoy a real artist of animation at work !
