Customers are saying

Customers love the extensive gameplay, abundant content, and enjoyable crafting system in Fantasy Life. Many appreciate the variety offered by the numerous classes and find the game to be fun and engaging. However, some find the story and dialogue to be underwhelming and repetitive aspects detract from the overall experience for some players. The game's difficulty may also be a factor for some.

Legitimately a blast to play. Combat is fun, and the RPG elements are deep and addicting. Fun for those that love action, and fun for those that love collecting and crafting.

A very quirky and fun game, its emphasis on character classes and the ability to change classes on a whim make it a very full and fleshed out game with loads of replayability. Gameplay-wise, its like the love child of Harvest Moon and Dragon Quest. While the main story isn't the longest, it makes up for it with tons of sidequests and job quests. A very addictive game

It's a fun game that kinda like a solo MMO. It has lots of quest you can do like in MMO games. You can change classes (life) whenever you like. Play at your own pace. You can do crafting jobs, like gathering ones like mining and building ones like blacksmith and tailor. I have only checked 1 fighting job so far (mercenary 2h sword user). So far I am enjoying it.

If you like Animal Crossing or WoW or RPGs or collecting-type games, you will love this! This to me is like a mini-WoW with 100s of quests, 12 different lives, potentially 100s of hours of gameplay. I wish everyone would buy this title so that we'll see more like it.

Overall this game is pretty cute, I especially love the graphics style and the scenery. However, the dialogue has a tendency to drag on and on, making it feel sometimes more like an interactive book than a video game. The game might also get redundant for some. However, I have enjoyed it! I also love the streetpass features and that you can play the game with friends.

Fantasy life is a game that appears to have what seems like endless hours of gameplay for those who are willing to stick with it. Although I do see the quality of this game, I struggle as a gamer to commit time to it when I have so many other games to play. While the charm of this game certainly lasts, it won't reach out and grab your attention right off the bat.

Each profession has it's own training master and story line. I like being able to change job for my character and still have the abilities of the old profession. I was a mercenary, then later became a fisherman so I could survive while fishing in the wild.

This is one of the best games for the 3DS. You are able to choose a "life" or rather a profession and you can switch at any time you want between the many professions available. There are quests to complete, monsters to kill, you can buy a house and decorate it. You can even have pets!! Also, if you know a friend who plays you can help each other out by playing multiplayer mode. My 65 year old mother LOVES this game, she says it's even better than the Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons games she has loved for years. So it's great for any age!

I bought this expecting an enhanced Animal Crossing New Leaf . To get through you have do a lot of repetitive reading which gets in the way of actual play. If there was away to limit the reading portion as you progress through the challenges it might have been more enjoyable.

I'm not a big fan of Animal Crossing, which this game is often compared to. However, it was a very good deal and I figured I'd give it a shot. Very glad I did. It's a good "relaxation" game with just enough RPG elements to keep you going.

So little time! The fun comes from all of the different classes you can switch into. It can definitely be a time sink if you're not careful. Really glad I picked this up, as I was looking for something that would last a long time.

We got two copies of this game - my girlfriend and I play together on our 2ds and New 3ds XL. It's unfortunate you can't play through the whole story missions together, but it is still fun to run around and help each other craft stuff.

I've always been a huge fan of simulators like Harvest Moon, and I love RPGs as well. This game is similar to Rune Factory, but better in my opinion. It provides more options as to what roles you can play, and the story mode is fun!

I'll be honest, this was a purchase for my daughter, so I know absolutely nothing about the game, but all the reviews for it were extremely positive and my daughter has enjoyed it. So, I'll take her work for it and give it 5 stars.
