This is a nice-looking shredder that is, as promised, quiet. It does a good job of shredding and the auto-on feature is convenient. I have only run two or three sheets at a time, since this replaces a shredder that burned out from heavy use. It is relatively expensive, but I bought it because it looks good and because it provided the most information about its features on the box. Since there wasn't a display model, I was a bit surprised when I unpacked it to find it has a relatively small capacity and disappointed that there is no easy way to put a bag in. I managed to jury-rig a bag in it, but there aren't any kinds of grooves or supports to hold the bag. There are holes in the bottom of the base to accommodate casters, but none are provided. I was able to cannibalize the casters from the shredder I was replacing and re-use them in this machine, but you would think for the price that they would include casters.

so far so good, seems to work fine and if it continues I will be happy.

A definite Best Buy would recommend it to a friend great choice I made

This machine was bought after going to office depot and finding that their prices were a little high. We wanted something not too pricey but not cheap either and this was right in the middle. it works very well. It takes the papers a little slow if you are near the maximum sheets to shred but haven't had any jams in it like my old shredder!

Have been using Fellowes shredders for a long time. This one works very well and it is quiet for a shredder. It will shred 10 pages as advertised and the pullout drawer is very easy to empty.

I found the shredder effective for my household needs. The plus with this model over the one I replaced is the "pull-out" bin for emptying the unit. I do not use a bag in the bin, with that do not overfill bin as the contents are more difficult to dump neatly when filled to capacity.

Saves me a lot of time and gives me a good secure feeling knowing my information is safe when I am trashing papers.

I really like the warranty it came with and the size is perfect. And it's easy to empty it has a pull out bin.

I researched this shredder and got a good price at Best Buy. I does kind of bog down a little bit when a few pages are inserted at once. But overall a good value.

I researched this shredder online before deciding to buy. I then went to the Local Best Buy in Pinecrest, Miami, Florida to check it out. I loved it, bought it and use it daily! Absolutely recommend!

This shredder does what it is supposed to and is made by a company that you can trust to make a quality product. I wish it shredded to a shorter length, I got used to that on a small model I bought from Staples. The jamproof feature can be annoying: if you feed papers in that aren't tightly packed together, the air space can fool the shredder into thinking there are too many sheets.

Like the color and the looks and as of it s performance, no complain at all.

Very good shredder. I was familiar with the brand name from using a high power shredder at work. I like the way it opens to empty. Makes it very easy to empty the shredder.

This shredder is great for home use but not for high volume business use. Shredder basket it very small and requires frequent changing.
