For a lower end shredder this takes care of everything I drop in: paper, cardboard, credit cards, staples, you name it!!!

I purchased this shredder for home use. After a couple of weeks so use the unit quit working due to the gears being stripped. I called Fellowes and they said this shredder can only be run for eight minutes and then rest for twenty minutes. I dont recall seeing this on the packaging unless it was in fine print and not meant to be read. Not a productive unit. It rest more than it works. Also, the basket is small and requires to be emptied too frequently. Shredder oil is not provided with this shredder and needs to be used after every full basket. I guess my only positive is that Fellowes did replace for me.

Love this shredder it stops if your finger is near it which is a safety mechanism. It's not to loud either.

Very satisfied with this product. Was looking for a small home shreeder and this fits the bill.

Although it's bulkier and heavier than my previous shredder, it lives up to its name. It doesn't really seem to be able to shred exactly 10 sheets at a time - more like 8.

I have been wanting a Fellowes Shredder for a very long time. It meets all of my expectations. I would recommend this Shredder to anyone. I have always made decisions on "Brand Names" the quality is still there. I am really impressed about this product. I also research any item that I am going to invest any type of money into the product.

Did not do a good job of shredding. Not as secure as some for about the same price. Did not recommended shredding of CD's.

The shredder does a good job, however, gets hot too quick thus taking too long to complete a task

I like the way it operates. It's simple and works great. I don't like the way it empties. You have to keep it emptied often or the shredded paper goes everywhere because it pulls out instead of lifting off.

I am surprised that Best Buys carries sthis product. Not worth the price.
