Use in my small office

It has performed poorly and I would not recommend this item. We have to shake it to get it to work. If I had kept the box I would bring it back to the store. Terrible item.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This shredder was on sale, so I purchased one for the home to shred dated bills, junk mail, credit cards, etc., and it has worked great so far. This shredder does not have the Fellowes SilentShred™ feature, but is so much quieter than my last two shredders. Past shredders broke due to overloading, so I am in love with the Jam Blocker™ feature. No mess or problems with the pull-out wastebasket. Very happy with purchase. And to top it off, the shredder was received very next day from Best Buy!

Great shredder

I have been very pleased with the performance and reliability. Relatively quiet. I also purchased Fellowes lubricating oil to maintain the cutting blades.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keeps jamming with only a couple sheets of paper. Supposed to be able to hold up to 10. This is the biggest headache shredder I have ever purchased!! Terrible Terrible Terrible!! Don't buy!!
