Digital service on this item is amazing. I purchased it, and 15 minutes later I had the code in my email. I didn't have to jump through hoops of web links trying to find it. Code was right there in my email. Went to MOG STATION and enter the code and boom, everything unlocked. Truly a simple process. Warning : This code works on the windows game service, this code is Not for the steam version, I repeat, Not the steam version.

Do NOT listen to the other reviews on this product, this code is absolutely not compatible with the steam version for this game, only if you've purchased FF14 on the developer's website, their reviews should absolutely be removed for being misleading.

Couldnt get game onto my steam account. It kept saying failed and retry again. I contacted steam support then the directed me back to bestbuy to get a refund. Glad that customer service was able to do so, This game is not refundable, so I was lucky to have someone nice and helpful to put that request in for me

Purchased this digital code and it worked for the mog station. NOT steam. Funny fact though, the email with the code instructs you to use it in the Steam client, however, it is used on Square Enix Mog Station web site.

Buy if you bought from SE originally and use Mogstation for your CDKeys. If you bought from Steam, buy from Steam. The BestBuy email is incorrect saying it's for Steam. If your code STARTS with "RS4U" it will work will Mogstation. Also, make sure you input the code in all caps.

The fact that the key this purchase provides is only for Steam would have been helpful information at any point in time before the purchase was complete and could no longer be refunded. This was a terrible waste of money, it's misleading and frankly insulting to us as customers.

This code WON'T work with the steam version of the game. Redemption instructions are incorrect.

This is not for Steam users - you have to claim it in the Mogg Station to work. This expansion is pretty good! After being away from the game for two years, I have grown to like the new story and features in this expansion. Can't wait for the new content!

Steam only version, and Best Buy support is terrible about this known issue. They refuse to issue refunds or exchanges for the item, even though I'm an Elite Plus cardholder who spends thousands here. Take your business elsewhere

Absolutely love this game, have been playing since the remake so many years ago, 10/10 would definitely buy, recommend and buy again!

Purchased the expansion, but MogStation stated the key is already used. This is the first and last time I purchased a digital key from Best Buy.

This is easily the best expansion for Final Fantasy XIV so far, if you enjoy the base game you'll love this.

My boyfriend bought this and loved it! He would definitely recommend!

Keep in mind Best Buy does a digital download ONLY through Steam. It is not compatible with pre-bought PC codes or mogstation.

Code did not work on windows even though it says its a windows code

Amazing expansion with a great story and lots of content. By far the best expansion of any MMO so far.

Steam users only. As the previous review stated, this dlc is only redeemable through Steam. It does not work if your previous installments are through the developer's store. It does not state steam redemption only literally anywhere on the item description or even best buy's dlc info page. Care was reluctantly helpful. First bad experience with BBY and likely my last digital purchase through them due to risk of misinformed non-refundable purchase. Love BBY otherwise.
