    Fire Emblem never disappoints and I would say this much better then the last offering. Conquest is much more difficult than Birthrights but in a good way. It forces you to plan your strategy more meticulously and is far less forgiving of you make mistakes. This is what good strategy games are all about.

    I got this as a present for someone who beat Birthright. Conquest opens up a nice challenging mode, but you can still find secret ways to grind on certain bosses if necessary (such as using weak weapons on enemies with high HP on forts). The storyline is much more interesting.

    Both versions of Fire Emblem Fates are great additions to the 3DS's already strong RPG library. I'd recommend playing Awakening before either Fates game, but it's not required. Great graphics, story, and a ton of content is ready to suck 40+ hours of your life away.
