Love the device look and feel, especially having been using a Fitbit Versa for a couple of years. I was disappointed in the functionality of the Spotify app at launch.

Fitbit is like a budget Apple Watch. It was not simple to use and the display was so small you can hardly see your step count without squinting or holding it directly up to your face. I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t just spend the extra $100 to get a series 3 Apple Watch or even the SE. I will be returning this product,

Out of the box, it had trouble charging. It was completely unresponsive for several hours while connected securely to the charger. The next morning, the screen did finally turn on and it had a charge. However, I always had to tap the screen multiple times to get it to wake up. Then, while swiping through the settings, it became stuck on one page and would not respond. I tried to restart it by following the directions (connect to charger, hold haptic button), but the haptic button would not register that I was pressing it no matter how many different times and ways I tried. I returned it the day after I received it and I picked up another brand of fitness tracker.

The fitbit products are fun, and a nice way to help motivate a person to move more. They tend to last about a yr to 18 months.

Happy with the Fitbit technology overall, but disappointed with the structure. The plastic end that sticks out from the actual Fitbit (and into which the band attaches) has broken, making the device unwearable. It’s unfortunate that Fitbit chose to use cheap plastic parts that are easily breakable and making the watch completely useless.

This my 3rd Fitbit in the last 6 year’s & the quality of keeps getting better & constantly increasing capabilities of products. I am totally satisfied with my purchase!

Excellent product. Really happy that I bought it. Would recommend anyone who cares about everyday health tracking and get motivated to be health conscious.

Works great, better than the basic model I previously had. Moving between screens is a bit tricky but otherwise great

My daughter loves her Charge 4! It allows her to track her exercise on the ERG machine and out in the river as she prepares to row for Bucknell University.

Nicely designed product and great on its latest features but the screen is harder to read than the original FitBit.

the down side of this fitbit is does not alert the user of any text messages but is does alert about phone calls

I enjoy this new Fitbit. It is easy to read and I like the new feature that allows different watch faces and the granite band.

This was an upgrade, my Charge 2 sensor had cracked and no longer tracking. I like the additional features that have been added. Caught it when it was on sale.

Replacement for Charge 3. Lots of ew features but the battery runs down pretty quickly compared to Charge 3.

I love fitbits but it seems to only last between a year and a half and two years max. They need a longer battery life

After walking a mile on flat pavement, my Fitbit registers anywhere from 14-24 flights - nowhere near an accurate reading!

Purchased as a replacement for earlier model that died.

Great purchase at a great price. My daughter is very happy. She loved her 3 and getting the 4 allowed her use all of the same bands she had accumulated.
