It may be that I am an avid Apple user and find their products to be so easy to use, but this item seemed like it required a lot of steps to get info and then the info was not elaborate unless you pay for app subscriptions. Meh. It also is bulky to wear everyday all day and during sleep. But probably for a tracker, is a good beginner tracker.

Fitbit charge 4 is working really well.took a while to get it set up though. If you have an older fitbit it trys to go back to the old one during set up.

I had the original Fitbit for years. I didn't like the big face style watch. This Fitbit is amazing. I love the updates of all the latest technology in a small face watch.

Bought for my wife to replace her charge 2 from a few years ago. She has commented off and on how it does this. My old one didn’t do that. She seems pleased with the upgrades.

Bought this on sale last month for my wife for our 30th anniversary. She likes it now the main piece was much bigger face then the older change 2 .

I received this as a gift and I’m really enjoying it. The app is informative, loaded with features and easy to navigate.

Happy with the Fitbit technology overall, but disappointed with the structure. The plastic end that sticks out from the actual Fitbit (and into which the band attaches) has broken, making the device unwearable. It’s unfortunate that Fitbit chose to use cheap plastic parts that are easily breakable and making the watch completely useless.

If you have a fitness obsessive freak, then they will love it. My son in law is eager obsessed with tracking his steps, sleep and other nonsensical functions.

I have had a Fitbit Charge 4 since last summer. I got this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it too! Best workout/health tracker I’ve had!

For the price and it provides a really effective tool and the accompanying app is quite good. I’ve used it to track my diet and sleep. Works quite effectively.

Easy to set up and sync with my Apple iPhone! I like the hourly promo I get as a reminder to start moving!

It would be better if you were able to make some data adjustments without having to use the app like adding water intake amounts

Love my Fitbit! I love the reminder to get up every hour and move- I work at a desk job and it’s easy to find myself sitting for long periods of time.

iT IS A GIFT, I don;t know how well it works though, but I like the capability of this product based upon what I have read.

Staff were also wearing masks and keeping the number of customers in store to a minimum. As l tried to say above, Fitbit is working fine. Doing just what we want it to.

I love the additional stats that pop up during my walks. However this seems to drain the battery pretty fast.

very helpful staff, took me to what I was looking for quickly, answered all my questions and I left feeling I got the right item for what I was doing.

Out of the box, it had trouble charging. It was completely unresponsive for several hours while connected securely to the charger. The next morning, the screen did finally turn on and it had a charge. However, I always had to tap the screen multiple times to get it to wake up. Then, while swiping through the settings, it became stuck on one page and would not respond. I tried to restart it by following the directions (connect to charger, hold haptic button), but the haptic button would not register that I was pressing it no matter how many different times and ways I tried. I returned it the day after I received it and I picked up another brand of fitness tracker.

When recording steps it was very far off from what was recorded on my Galaxy phone. That being said, I don't know which one is correct. I liked the size of this but it until I used it for a week I didn't realize it lacked some of the functions I wanted such as blood pressure monitoring. Loved the tiny size of this product.

Purchased as a replacement for earlier model that died.
