Makes it easy to see how far I have walked, how much sleep I got and my water intake.

Tracks your daily activity and sleep. Makes you realize that you need to move more, I have not used it to it's full extent, but you can track your calorie intake. Would then tell you how many calories you took in and how many you burned. It automatically sinks to your phone and your computer so you can easily check your stats.

Love that it tracks my exercise and food. It connects to my fitness pal.

I love my Fitbit and would have given it 5 stars except the first one died after just two weeks. I brought it back to Best Buy and they exchanged it with no problems. My new Fitbit works like a charm and I've even lost weight since I started tracking my walking. Fitbit and Best Buy are a great combination!

Great place to log everything in one place. My one complaint is that it isn't accurate with the sleep mode.

I debated on a fitbit for years. I don't know what I waited so long. My main exercise is walking and light running, so I didn't need all the bells and whistles. This was perfect. I love that it tracks my sleep (I thought sleeping with it on my wrist was going to bother me, but it doesn't) and allows me to enter my water in take. All I need now, is the different color bands.

This is a great product and works well. I have talked to several folks who have this and they all recommeded it.

The Flex model is one of the basic Fitbit's,but it's a great way to get to know the brand. I love the way it tracks all of my information without me thinking about it. Waterproof is great!!! Put it on and don't think about it for 4-5 days until it needs charging. Sync's well with my phone and computer.

Very easy to use and fun to interact with. Especially enjoy the sleep tracking feature.

The FitBit Flex is very useful to track my exercise activities. It's easier than carrying my phone with apps to track how much I jogged or walked. Synching the data with my home computer is very easy and the graphs to track my progress are very intuitive. Overall I'm happy with my device, and the only (minor) gripe I have is that I don't like wearing bracelets, or anything, but this is a minor issue.

Works well if you are walking or running. Not sure if it's accurate if you are just using your upper body.

It died after a new months but I was able to get a replacement through FitBit so awesome customer service!

Not the best health tracker on the market but the alarm is kinda cool.

Battery died just shortly after I purchased but when I called customer service, they sent me a new battery.

worked good to see and keep motivated, but lacked in syncing to app. had to restart fitbit every two weeks

Being a novice user the unit keeps a constant reminder that I need to keep my focus and meet my daily goals

I would recommend this to anyone who needs to lose a few pounds and the struggling with exercise versus eating

My wife has been using the fitbit since it was purchased for her as a Mother's day present. It is easy to use, once you wade thru the lack of documentation! The battery last for about 5 days, at which time the device has to be taken out of it's wrist band and placed in the provided USB charger. The web site doesn't remember the ID or password, even after checking the box. Overall it is working as advertised.
