Easy wireless interface. Very accurate. My only issue is that while bike riding over bumpy terrain, it easily goes into sleep mode.

After purchasing my Fitbit Flex I found the setup using an app on my phone very simple to use. The Fitbit seems very accurate and the silent alarm feature is an awesome feature. The only thing I was not pleased with is the short battery life of the Fitbit. I was having to charge it on a daily basis and not every 5 to 7 days as the product states.

First saw Nike Fuel band - but my wife and I have android phones. So waited until the Flex came out - glad we did. Not only cheaper and works with Android, but love everything about it. Their food database could be better - but it seems they are constantly improving things on a daily basis. Already had 1 firmware upgrade for Flex band. And web dashboard got enhancements weekly. Bottom line - it helps you easily set goals - with simple food input tracks calories in / out - helps you monitor your activity level and your quality of sleep. All in all - it's a great product at a great price. It's comfortable too. Don't think I could have dropped 10 lbs in the last three weeks without it.

I enjoy my new toy more than I thought I would. My sister and niece have one and there is always a challenge issued. I will probably upgrade later, and I have also lost 5 lbs.

Bought this for my wife as a surprise and she loves it. So far she uses it everyday and it does seem to motivate her to exercise more.

Love this FitBit. It's everything I needed to track my health. The sleep tracking is really great. Never knew how many times I was restless. Now to find a solution for that!

I recently started working out again, and pairing my Fitbit with MyFitnessPal app helps me track caloric input and output. It also tracks my sleep patterns. I'm addicted to this device!

. Encourage friends while competing with them! ! I love being able to use while in the pool during water class. It goes everywhere I challenge myself making my choices to walk purposeful.

I was excited to get this but I think the appeal is short lived. I'm about a month and half into it and I'm a little more conscious of my steps but not as much as I was in the beginning. It's very hard to put into sleep mood after about a week of wearing for some reason. You have to sit there and basically bang on your wrist to get it to go to sleep. Sometimes it goes to sleep when you don't want it to which is funny.

I have purchased 3 of these devices. One for myself, my husband, and my mother as a gift. They are easy to use and wear, and appear to track steps accurately. However, all three of us have had issues with either not syncing or dying and not turning back on. They were all about a year after purchase (give or take). Luckily I bought the protection plans and exchanged them for new devices, which have not had any issues!

I like using the fit bit for steps and sleep patterns. Haven't taken advantage of other features yet. Would definitely recommend!

I have used for 3 weeks now. Its a great motivator to get me walking more.I have not set up all the things you can do but plan to soon.

this should be a product given out to all students in high school or college to learn to begin tracking their health and physical fitness levels - its great when you are already in the mindset of daily checking up onyourself. love that it autosyncs and I can read progress data online. wish it wasn't bulky, even the smaller one still has that thick silicone spatula feel to it, I would prefer it to be even more discreet.

Bought this for someone and they seem to enjoy the product. Easy to use. Unfortunately, older phones cannot sync with the product.

It helps to keep me motivated to stay active in my quest to lose a little weight. You can see your history of steps taken and calories burned.

I've tried quite a few devices to keep track of daily steps and activity. This is the first I've found that accurately keeps track of these and other measurements. Very useful little device.

Good device to motive you to walk more. Love the alarm feature. It's the best way to make sure your alarm wakes you and ONLY you.

I am looking to lose weight with my husband. So we got these to compete against each other. It really does make you want to walk more. You can keep track of sleep, food,water. Kids LOL...

I like that it holds me accountable for what I put into my body and it reminds me to move more! I get to chose a goal and because it keeps track of it I'm forced, thankfully, to achieve it!

This is a great tool to use to get you started and really find out how active you really are, also for staying active. I have recommended this product to friends and they love it as well.
