This activity tracker is just the right size to wear. Not bulky at all. Does all that it claims. I would recommend this puduct.

If you are looking for a gadget to help you stay motivated on your fitness goals, this one definitely hits the mark.

Bought this for my wife. She did not want one that was too complicated. Didn't want watch or anything. She loves it, lightweight and does the job it was intended for.

This is my third FitBit tracker device within about one year. Previously, I owned, the Ultra (It cracked within 4 months.) and the One (It was inaccurate and stopped charging within 10 months.) So, I when I was returning the second useless device to Best Buy today, I thought I would try the FitBit Flex. BIG MISTAKE. Compared to the previous versions which showed your data to you throughout the day, this version does not show your data to you. I might feel differently if I could sync this with my mobile devices. Alas, this hunk of useless plastic won't sync with my mobile devices. So, I won't be able to any of my actual numerical data throughout the day. In order for a pedometer to motivate and to be effective, I believe one needs to see the data throughout the day and not just see additional lights as you meet your goal. Oddly, one of FitBit's mottos is that, "Every step counts." If every step truly counts, FitBit would make it immediately possible for everyone who uses this device to see their data throughout the day. The FitBit Flex was introduced in January 2013. Yet, FitBit has still not possible for most people to see their data throughout the day. For the record, the altimeter that is present in the FitBit Ultra and the FitBit One is also gone. There are better pedometers, less expensive pedometers out there. I recommend you shop for those. If you don't take that piece of advice, do get the extended warranty. I'm not kidding when I say my two previous FitBit trackers have broken within mere months. After this debacle, FitBit has lost my faith and my business.

I have been looking at different activity trackers and this one has it all. I wish it had a heart rate monitor, but I like that I can change the bands more.

The Fitbit Flex is by far the best wearable fitness tracker on the market. The compatibility with the app is seamless. Will be adding more Fitbit devices in the Aria Scale.

I was disappointed to find out that this product does not have inactivity alerts of any kind, so buyer beware

My daughter loves this one! She loves getting all the lights lit up rather than tracking the numbers.

It's a neat concept. I don't like the way you have to charge it

I enjoyed this while I had it however I lost mine after about 2 weeks. How sad. I am not a happy camper and am waiting for another one. Would have been nice if the clasp had been easier to fasten and worked better for people. As I read several member on FitBit who had lost them as well. And expensive lose.

Bought it for my child who wanted to be a big girl like her mom. Works for what we need it for.

Tracks your steps well, and it's OK at tracking your sleep -- but not for $33.33 per month. Had the thing for 3 months ($100 / 3 months) and it no longer holds a charge. Adding to my frustrations, customer service has only responded by sending me restart info -- when they choose to respond to my emails. OF COURSE I TRIED TO RESTART. Either these things are disposable -- but not priced that way -- or I have a defective item. Either way, for $100, it's not worth finding out. The measure of a company is how they deal with problems. STAY AWAY.

I have tried to get past the set-up. In trying to set up a new device I keep getting an error code stating I am not connected to the internet. This happens also when I try to synch the device. In both cases I know I am connected to the internet as I keep going to the Fitbit site FAQ's to find a solution. What really has me fuming is there is only one way to request customer support, which is to send an email, which then starts the never ending process of useless emails from someone at Fitbit (or a designated 3rd party support group) sending me useless suggestions on trouble shooting steps I had already told them did not work. Even after several emails back and forth, when I asked for someone to please call me, I get the following form message: We're sorry that you're having trouble with the Fitbit Connect software. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention; we've passed it along to our engineering team. We appreciate your patience with this matter. Please let us know if we can assist you further. They did not answer my questions, they provided no solution and no indication when a solution will be available. They claim they are looking into the problem, however I have seen in other posts this is not a unique issue, as others have had a similar experience. Personally, I feel I have been taken for $100 and have a useless piece of junk, and unable to get any form of customer support for a simple set-up issue. BEWARE... IF YOU PURCHASE THIS DEVICE YOUR SUPPORT EXPERIENCE WILL TAKE YOU TO NEW LOWS...!

Well, I bought this, everything works except the weight. The weight is not accurate at all, it is off by like 28.2 lbs. Anyone can try it and see. I have a doctors weight scale at home which is very accurate, but this Fitbit is not someone try and then see for yourself.

The Fitbit Flex makes you want to go out and get your steps in for the day. I have earned several badges. I also like the sleep monitor.

I have tried both the fitbit flex and fitbit one...I have found the fitbit one to be better. The bands of the flex can start to smell if you don't clean them or let them dry out after getting it wet. Also, it is nice to see the time and actual step count on the one.

love my fitbit. Love it even more with my Tory Burch accessories although pricey.

Got the FitBit for my wife. She loves it, uses it religiously. She had one before that broke, so on to her second one.

Purchased 5/7/13 and the bracelet has already fallen apart (as well as a friends purchsed the same day). After charging and running an update the Flex no longer lights up (when not in charger) and can no longer be found by my phone. I've read similar complaints by others...

I am just trying to get this Fitbit all figured out,. So far it is awesome!
