Initial purchase of Inspire 3 began working well but on third day the unit died and wouldn’t come on. I took it to Geek Squad but they were unable to revive it so they got me a new replacement. That one is performing well for 2 months now and meeting expectations.

I returned the item because it didn't allow customization of the display. I wanted to be able to sit on the HR and have only that displayed, so it would be large, when I ride my bike. Goal was to maintain zone 2
