    Huge disappointment.

From the terrible battery life (used limited features to conserve but even certain clock faces cause it to drain in under 24 hours) to the super easy to scratch surface, I'm totally disappointed in this purchase. It finally died, just a month or so past it's manufacturer warranty of 90 days. Won't take a charge, won't power on. ALWAYS get the Geek Squad protection on wearables. This was the one time I did not & I regret it. This fitbit was nothing more than a waste of $.

In less than a year, the screen faded and you can not see the numbers outdoors. I would need to enter a dark room to see the display. As far ad the battery it stopped charging in less than two years,

The worst purchase I made in my life. Within 2 weeks of purchasing the INSPIRE HR it stopped working. FITBIT refuses to give me a new watch in return. They intend to give me one open box. FITBIT is not a serious company. A good tip: do not buy FITBIT

I have a charge 2 and it is great but not water proof so I saw the deal on the inspire hr and gave it a try. Could not get same screen and could not get to recognize swipe screen motions. Returned it.

Tried getting this to replace my cracked Alta HR. I did not like how this sat on my wrist. It’s an awkward shape and didn’t sit flat. It actually pressed into my wrist and hurt to wear. I returned it and upgraded to the Charge 3 which fit more comfortably.

The distance tracking accuracy was terrible. After using for less than a month the screen went blank and would not restart. I am in the process of sending back to be replaced with another one. Hopefully this one works better.

All it does is display time. I haven't even had it a month. Doesn't track anything anymore, won't sync to the app. Also, it is no longer returnable... It's just a silly watch now. Quality craftsmanship.

I went from a Polor Loop to Fitbit with a smart scale and I'm just not impressed and it starts to irritate my skin around the 3rd hour of wear each day. I removed when I shower and clean before placing it back onto my wrist. I find this product to be just ok.
