    Huge disappointment

Compared to the Alta HR, this “suped-up” model is cumbersome, has short battery life, and takes forever for the app to update. There are multiple additional “features” most of which I don’t use, yet I don’t have the option of deactivating them from the wrist display. The Alta HR needed charging every 5-6 days and I’m lucky if the Inspire HR lasts 2 days. The custom wristbands cost almost as much as the unit itself—absurd! Oh and they don’t make the Alta anymore. Too bad!

I guess you need the man sized fitbit if you want a good fitness tracker. Had this less than 2 months and it just stopped working. My fault though. I had one before. It at least had the decency to last 1 year. Going back to the pedometer I bought 8 years ago. I have small wrists and the bigger fitbits look like I'm wearing a cell phone on my arm. Never again fitbit! I gave you 2 chances. My husband's fitbit heart tracker is great. Lucky him

I would definitely not recommend this device to anyone. I’ve gone through two of these replaced through warranty because they keep dying. The funny thing is that they’re supposed to track activity such as swimming, but that seems to be what’s breaking the device. Shoots up to 15k steps in a matter of seconds, just sitting down, logged over 250k steps in one day for office work. Very unreliable.

This product blacked out on me several times and would not come on. I had to hold the button on the side for a long time before the fitbit came back on.

Found the heart rate monitor so inconsistent and undependable that I returned this item. Nor did I find it particularly easy to use.

I had to bring this back every time you raise your hand it counts steps, so it is not accurate at all. The 1800# said it would only count steps if you take one not so at all!!! So when your sitting it is counting steps every time you move your hand. Very disappointed, other than that I would of liked it.

Terrible devise. Just after 3 days of purchase and updating, the heart functionality on the devise stopped working. The instructions tell you to go to the settings and chose auto to update heart function but its not there. The only fitbit that has proven to remain solid and working well, is the Fitbit 2. Even the Fitbit 3 is having issues. A reason why the Fitbit 3 will cost you more than a Fitbit 2 at other retail sellers.

Fitbit won't respond to swipes nor will it connect to a device. Both of these issues began within 3 weeks of purchase.

Horrible Navigation, 3 inch charger, 2 day battery

Navigation is terrible, has a mind of it's own constantly thinks I am swimming when I wash my hands. Charger is about 3 inch cord it won't even reach to the table. It is suspended by a magnetic force. Charger so small it is for a child. Because of its mind of it's own it is constantly running the stop watch running the battery down every 2 days. If it were not for Covid I would have returned it.

I will not buy any more Fitbit products. I owned the Alta. It was . When it ‘burned out’ I thought I’d upgrade and bought the inspire. It always was losing the Bluetooth connection. I asked the company many times to replace it, that it was a lemon.mFinally, after about my 15th tech call the rep said the company should replace it but my warranty ran out last month! Hello Apple.

This is the third Fitbit device I have gotten in two years for my son and is the third device that I have had to return. Done with Fitbit they are great in theory and great while they work but they dont always work. The greatest ability for a fitness tracker is availability and the Fitbit brand doesnt appear to have that one
