The band's are very cheaply made. It doesn't properly track days of exercise.

Fitbit Inspire HR failed to work after a month

The device is very good conceptually. I quickly found its sleep tracker helpful. But after just a month from purchase in late April both the heartbeat monitor and sleep tracker have failed. Perhaps those two functions each require use of the same internal component that has failed. The step tracker still works. But I didn't buy the Fitbit just to have some functions work and not all of them.

The original and new replacement just stopped working. Fine one day and the next day, they wouldn't charge or synch. Tech support confirmed they were dead. When the 3rd unit arrived, I called Fitbit to explore my options if this unit suffered a premature death. Their policy is to replace them under warranty or offer a 50% savings toward a different model. I am not a happy Fitbit customer.

I have had two previous versions of the Fitbit and have been most happy with each of them. I decided to get the inspire and this was a horrible product. I could not get the exercise feature to ever work. I would set the exercise feature and it would start and end after about 2 mins. I returned it after getting frustrated and now about to purchase the Fitbit 4.

This watch is way to small. It seems like it would be for a petite lady. The screen is so small it was hard to read.

Loved it until it died after less than 2 years of use. Now it says that it’s fully charged when connected to the charger but won’t turn on once disconnected. Took it to Geek Squad who told me that it had reached the end of its life. So bummed!

No one was able to help me with it one on one because of Covid & I even spent HOURS with Fit Bit on the phone. I have to tap it at least 5 times to 15 times to get it light. Not all things start at 0 when a new day begins. I want to change the steps from 10,000 to 15,000 when I get alerted but I haven't been able to get that done.

Out of the box, could not get it to go through the setup. Took it back to return it and staff at Best Buy wanted to try and get it to work. After several attempts we were able to get through the setup process and thought it was going to work. But the touch display was not working on it. Returned it for refund. Did not buy another.

HR Fail

Does not record HR accurately during a vigorous workout. I logged 15 calories burned during a 15 Min HIIT cycle because it was reading my heartrate as 86 instead of 150ish. Multiple instances of this. I have never seen it accurately record HR during exercise. This was the main reason for purchasing so its completely useless for me.

I've always loved fitbit. This is the worst ever. I've had it just long enough to where it cannot be returned. It started glitching out 3 days ago. When you scroll it select exercise it blanks out, the gyro function when you turn your wrist to turn on watch function no longer works. Total waste of money!

I'm not happy .....Do I need a dongle to connect my fitbit into the computer ? My daughter has one and she gave me her dongle.....I'm 71 and I just want to keep track of my steps......Too much tech. for me. She said maybe a dongle is no longer needed...I need some answers... This is very frustrating for me

The device didn't work as expected. It worked fine for 5months and then battery issues started coming. Upon contacting customer support for Fitbit, nothing fruitful could be done. Finally had to upgrade it to a Fitbit Versa watch - which currently works well.

I was very optimistic about using this watch for my fitness-monitoring needs. However it quickly became evident that this product was not useful as it was causing me great discomfort. Was causing me a very bad rash. Tried Apple Watch instead and loved it. Look elsewhere.
