The company says the sleep tracking needs an update and they they’re working on it. I bought the device specifically for this function. Don’t understand why this was not cleared up before they were put on the market. Basically I spent $100 for nothing. My next step will be to try to return it for a refund.

Broke before it helped me make any new good habits

This is not our first Fitbit, but it has been returned because it was difficult to operate. My wife is not willing time on such a device if it doesn’t quickly and easily respond and I can’t blame her. Devices are meant to be our slaves and NOT the other way around. Too bad. It looked good.

It was very good product except battery issue. It lasting for only 2 days

Piece of junk. Seven months later doesn't connect to any windows 10 computer. It doesn't sync anymore. My 13 year old is disappointed. Resetting and restarting did not fix it. Every suggestion on the web did not help. Will try to get it fixed under warranty.

I got this gift for my mother, who has an Android phone. During the set-up process, you have to install the FitBit app on your phone. My mother and I attempted to install the app and if failed to install. Yes, her phone was up-to-date and she had plenty of storage.

Really had to get use to the time display after my old one

I have been online with Fitbit for over a week trying everything they say to get the product working with my phone and computer. We have not been successful. The older model Alta HR was no problem at all and easier to set up. I will be sending this back.

Since I have purchased this item, I have had to do a hard reset 3 times now. This comes with no instructional manual, everything is online. Some people may like that, I did not. Not happy with this at all. Im going to do a final reset and take it back!!

Watch didn’t last a month, very disappointed......

Returned it, didn't have enough functions or style.

The watch stopped charging after three weeks. I went to Best Buy who told me to call Fitbit. To their credit, they agreed that the watch was faulty and agreed to send me a new one. I am waiting to receive it.

I returned the Fitbit because it was not easy to use.

Easy to use no has to much features i not recomended

Hurts wrist after extended period. Doesn't get hot.

It was a present to my birthday given by my husband. It just died on September and I am sad. Because I used it to all my walking. Now it is dead. I wish I could exchange it for a working unit. It is sitting here in my drawer.

This watch only lasted a year and a half. Stopped holding a charge. Warranty only covers up to 1 year. I will not ever purchase a Fitbit watch again. Very disappointing.

Just like any other Fitbit I had owned, it gets out of sync with my Iphone. The ridiculous thing is that customer service cannot provide any solution but to uninstall the application and reinstall everything!

The dang thing stopped working. It is some sort of problem they know about but it's difficult to fix. Waste of money due to this problem. It doesn't record steps well either when it was working.

This fitbit was either defective or simply not the best in this line. My device doesn't work half the time. The charger is not effectively charging the device. I would not recommend this product.
