    This is a one of the worst product i had. This watch stopped working after 8 months. I do not recommend this one. Please don’t waste your money on this product.

    Bought it for basic use of time, date, steps and alarm but alarm wouldn’t stay synced and it messed up on me in the 10 days I had it so I returned it

    This Fitbit counted steps while sleeping & on multiple occasions it didn’t count steps appropriately. I was very disappointed in this product. I returned it after a week trial.

    I was unable to complete setup and returned the item to Best Buy. Foruntately, Best Buy gave me a full refund. Would NOT be purchasing another Fitbit anytime soon.

    Not a reliable product. Bought 2 of them. One of them started showing weird measurements in a month and stopped working after 2 months. Other one has to be charged on a daily basis.

    I found this device to be very inaccurate for tracking calories. While it tracks over 15 exercises, it was very frustrating trying to make it work. I didn't like this device at all.

    After couple of months after using it. The time still shows on the screen but the other features doesn’t show anymore. But you can still see it in the app

    Was not pleased with this purchase. Every time I move my arm it would register step ended up taking it back on the second day just tying my shoe gave me 25 steps

    Opened the box and attempted to charge the tracker. It never ended up working. Had to call FitBit to get a replacement which took a week to arrive

    Only wanted basic stuff; steps, heart rate... Never got it to work. Had to spend $47 more on an upgrade to fitbit versa. Versa seems to work.

    Sleep scores and tracking are not consistent. Heart rate off up to 20 bpm. App is a failure even if you have premium membership.
