I received this Fitbit inspire Hr as my birthday present since my previous HR version didn’t do to “ much “ compared with this one .. yesterday while doing dishes and having my phone charging in my room on the second floor my Fitbit Inspire Hr somehow called my husband ( I’m assuming cause it was the last call register)and my husband being in his office he came outside to tell me that “” I was calling him”” now I’m doing dishes and my phone isn’t close to me ... I say ... I don’t even have my phone how I Im calling you .. i go to my room to check if my phone was and it was there ... calling my husband ... Im like ok there is a ghost in the house using my phone lol ... I hang up the call and left the phone Charging ... my husband swear is my Fitbit I say no cause this can only get notifications so I go back to do my dishes and in less than 5 min is calling again ... now to prove my husband wrong I went to my garage to get far away from my phone and my husband keep saying “” he Can hear everything what Im saying so I’m whispering counting on Spanish and holding the Fitbit close to my mouth so no one can hear me in the garage “ and my husband told me exactly what I was saying .... how I don’t know ... as far i as know I cannot make calls or use voice command with this but somehow did it so of course this didn’t make me confortable at all and Best Buy or Fitbit . Com don’t want to help

Loses All Data Many Times A Day!!!

This is my second Inspire HR that has the same defect. It does not register the 250 steps taken during an hour both never did. It also loses all the data except sleep when it syncs. It will reset to zero steps or this morning it reset to 700 steps when I was over 3500 steps. It resets many times a day!! Losing steps is not a big deal my body knows what it did. But the other data is its very useful and the reason why I wear a tracker. Best buy has a great return policy as long as you return it within a certain period of time. My fitbit blaze got it when it came out its still running strong same with the charge 2. So I will try the Versa lite. I did contact fitbit but no reply yet. It seems the only way to contact them is through feedback. So I reset the devices. I ran a deep scan on my computer no issues with computer. I signed out of the fitbit app signed back in. I removed the fitbit app and reinstalled it. The app the computer is fine its the device. But I had to check. And I have no clue on a fix so will return it. And get the Versa lite. Fingers crossed. I wish Best buy would sell an extended warranty on these devices. Just in case there is a gremlin making them go wonky. The tell for me it was not registering my 250 steps an hour on the app. The first device had that issue from the get go so did the second. I am not exchanging it for the 3rd time.

    Junk manufacturer won’t warranty it.

Bought it for Christmas 2019. Never synced wright wouldn’t save information. Spent 3 months emailing back and forth troubleshooting with their support and they wouldn’t warranty it. Now it doesn’t even work as a watch.

    5 ms display time

Kept for a day and returned for the Vivosmart 4. Display flashes for a millisecond and if you blink, you're going to miss it. The request do prolong the time has been recommended to Fitbit since October of 201 and they haven't done anything. PASS on this one.

    fitbit inspire HR

Steps are always off, distance is way off. For instance on a 3miles run it marked 3.8 and it did it many times. I follow the troubleshooting steps by steps, I wear it in my dominant hand. Back and for with Fitbit customer service for about 3 weeks and because they couldn't solve the issue they sent me a 35% discount to buy a new one. Really who is gonna buy the same brand after the poor performance???. I just needed to fix and i was not asking for free. It is defective way off. Fitbit doesn't stand behind its brand. I wouldn't recommended

I just got my fitbit inspire HR and it doesn't stay change it needs changing every day. I spend more time changing then I can use it. I have been with the Alta fitbit for two years and I wanted a change but the battery doesn't stay charged. I am going to return it and I am not sure what I am going to do.

I JUST got it and can’t even get half the stuff to work. All I does for me is tell the time and I’ve read a lot of people with iPhone XR’s have a hard time with making it work.

    Poor quality

Really poor quality. After 8 months of use the watch is broken. Called Fitbit to claim and after waiting a lot of time on the phone, their answer was “damage due to use is not covered”. I don’t recommend this piece of junk. They ask me to send pictures, I sent them but they never replied. Don’t waste your money.

I tried charging this for several hours in multiple outlets and computers to no avail. I called their customer service who said since it’s new there might be issues and they’d call me back in a few days. Forget it!
