Watch is good, strap is strong. Lots of features Maybe for xmas We may upgrade to their newer one.

This is my 3rd Fitbit. I got this one as an early b/d present. I wasn't sure if i was going to like the large square-ish style - but I love it now. It has more features and I am a bit of a 70+ y/o techie, so the more gadgets and features the better. I also like the different clock-faces. Only drawback I'm finding is the battery life isnt as good as I'd like. The first charge lasted about 8 days, but now that i use more features, it's more like every 2-3 days per charge.

The watch looks good. Sleep tracking, ECG, SPO2, Heart rate works well. The weather app doesn't work and needs mobile app to sync everytime. Clock face had bugs initially, works well now after removing and adding back fitbit device to the app

I like this , to me is was difficult to use at first but once you get used to it then it was fine. I like the new added features . So far happy with my purchase

Enjoying the Fitbit Sense—loving the heart rate/SPOs/EKG features and many others. The reminders are great to.

Functionality is good for a person who is wanting to get more into fitness. I got one for my mom and less than a year later the display separated from the case. Contacted Fitbit and they quickly shipped her another free of charge. Less than a month later, the exact same thing. I'm seeing hundreds of post online of this being a common issue. Do not buy! Photos are two separate watches.

Not the best but decent for the price. Steps still count while driving which is annoying. Love the wallet feature.

Great for heart rate, sleeptime and calories. Only thing that kept it from being 5 stars is the watch counts steps while I'm driving. Counted 15k steps on a 7 hr road trip.

I’d been considering buying a “Health watch” /smartwatch for a few months, and favoring a fitbit for its lead in the industry. Focusing on fitbit, I decided on the Sense model simply because it offered all the bells and whistles compared to other models, and, why not go for all if I’m able to. I had done some research online prior to buying the fitbit Sense, and I wanted to know if fitbit was going to introduce a newer version of the Sense, ie Sense 2.0, or an entirely better or new model soon. I didn’t find a concrete answer except for opinions suggesting a Sense 2.0 or similar as early as Summer 2022. With this in mind, and not wanting to wait any longer on the action of owning a Health/smartwatch, I decided to go for it. I’m just getting familiar with its many functions, and I haven’t regretted buying it. I look forward to its benefits in sync with my healthy attitude. I’m gratified. Thanks fitbit.

Owned for less than 3 months and has broken charging ports sensors some how 1-2 of the ports broke from pins on charger couple of the pins on charger are white Feel a sharp cut skin. Bestbuy would not make right refund or exchange. Very very poor customer service.

I love the Fitbit Sense. Very user friendly. I like all of the features.

At the price point it comes you would want absolutely seamless operation. But it is far, very far from it. I have had constant issue from the time i paired the device with my Android phone. The pairing breaks every so often and needed me to restart either bluetooth or the sense itself, couple of time i had to factory reset the sense to make it be seen by my phone. When connected the notification, google assistant would stop working without warning, device would stop syncing for no reason until you manually intervene.the SPo2 tracker does not track SPo2 intermittently. I have been in touch with Fitbit customer support for almost a month now and while they patiently tried to resolve the issue and claim that each of their devices are tested for performance, i continue to face issues. I will be returning the device if things don't improve by January first week.

This is better than my Apple Watch keeps accurate information and is very comfortable to wear. Love that it’s waterproof too!!

This watch is outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The 6 day battery life is incredible and it is very reliable. Most importantly it has made me focus much more attention on my health and being active. I even found a Star Trek watch face which was the icing on the cake!

Absolutely love my Sense. Fitbit the best smartwatch I've found. Best Buy has great customer service as well.
