Pls kindly read this before purchasing any fitbit! There products is off it .i waited for versa 3 to come out last year , got for myself and hubby.gifted my friends 4 .i was so excited as this was my 1st smart but it wasnt worth every penny i paid. Few months after getting it it stopped working .i got a replacement . Couple of months after it stopped working .contacted them and i was given another 1. Now again it has stopped working and am still told to fill the replacement form. Am just fedup of this brand. Once you get a replacement just kno2 you getting the worst set of watch on earth.i reffered my families and other friends to join this community. So sad they all gat complaints I will never recommend to any1 .

I absolutely love the features this Fitbit smartwatch has to offer like: wallet, timer, and exercise tracker. The screen clarity is absolutely beautiful. It's durable and the battery life is pretty decent. HOWEVER, when it comes down to capturing my heart rate during exercise, it defintely missed the bar! I woukd be huffing, puffing, sweating, but the watch says my heart rate is below fat buring zone. Just recently, the treadmill at my gym gave a more accurate HR estimate of 165 bpm but according to my watch my HR is 62 bpm. Ive readjusted my watch to fit more snuggly and other times more loosely but I get the same result.

Love my new fit bit watch dose all i wanted to do and more. I been buying these fit bit watches for over 10 plus years

I enjoy watch and functions especially free trial of Fitbit Prime. Still trying to figure out if and how to answer my iPhone thru the watch

I got this watch as a gift and I absolutely love it. I do wish it had more meditation options rather than having to pay for premium which I can’t do.

When it is synced, it works well...WHEN is then problem!!! This is DAY 4 being UNABLE TO SYNC watch to the phone. So so frustrating!!! No connection, although phone will show Versa3 Controls on, watch doesn't. Happens every few days, never this long. No data stored.

This device keeps me informed and helps me stay active. I can see who is calling texting or emailing me from my wrist.

I have had this since the end of January 2021. So literally three months if I am generous. The whole face/screen part completely detached and no I did not drop it. It just came apart in the middle of a run. I cannot recommend this to anyone.

I have purchased this product for my daughter and I. Will you love it. I also purchased one in May for my wife. Now, we have family challenges.

I love it. I wear it every day. I only take it off to charge it. Its great keeping up with my steps and workouts.

I have a very physical job and this watch has held up quite well I did change bands but I love it.

I like it a lot but I have to tap on the screen a couple of times to pop up.

I picked it up on May 9, 2021 and it worked fine mostly until June 9, 2022. Since the warranty is only one year, it made it one month past that before it fell apart. The silicone band can cause a rash at times so I had to which wrists.

The clip to secure the band broke pretty quickly. Paid subscriptions are needed for access to comprehensive health information. Has to connect to smartphone to work in realtime. Must charge daily. Nice magnetic charger.
