I recently use the FixMeStick and was extremely satisfied with it's ease of use and the results. It eliminated six (6) viruses which really speeded up the performance of my computer. I had another issue and call the customer support number and was extremely happy with their helping me solve another issue I had regarding my PC. You will not be unhappy buying this product and it could save you a bundle over having your PC worked on by an outside source! Hope this helps! Scott Omaha, NE

This product 'FixMeStick' works. I run a couple of anti virus & malware programs but still find have had some issues concerning security & privacy. When I had checked the FixMeStick against these programs , FixMeStick had picked up what the others had missed. Thanks to FixMeStick my pc runs better. Tech support with FixMeStick is also outstanding.

I purchased this item just recently. Had an issue with starting the program. I contacted the company and got immediately a reply and the problem was solved. I learned something new about my computer, what a surprise. The service was excellent and I feel so much better about the health of my computer.

It's not only a good product but the company offers great consumer service. No small thing these days

I have a new computer, but sometimes it gets a little slow and I use the FixMe Stick and my computer runs faster. Easy to use and clear instructions.

This worked as advertised and cleaned the computer without being in the operating system. Got rid of all of the bad stuff.

I had several issues with three computers. one of their service people worked with me to solve all my problems. This is customer service at its best. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

Most products like this that I have used will not work if I don't have internet access. Fixmestick worked with out internet access and only accessed the internet to update their software, On older computer it found all the virus' on the first run. With the Windows 10 version it required two runs. That could have been because after the first run I was able to get connected to the internet and Fixmestick updated its data base.

if you have a computer / pc this is a must i am very proud of my fix me stick it payed for its self in one use it really / really works great i am never going to be with out a fix me stick that is for sure it works///////////// i def recomend this to every body so east to use goes right in the u s b port click start and set back a lil while and it will clean garbage out of ur computer .

I was a little skeptical but FIXME Stick help up to its reputation I renewed my subscription for another year. I think the pro version is way over priced or I would have bought it.

It does its job! Its great and requires little to no work in how to use it. Its amazing in doing its job and the customer support is very helpful!

If you are buying FixMeStick because it says it is bootable, and you want your machine to start directly into FixMeStick rather than Windows, beware, by default, this will not work in Windows 8 or 10. In my case, my mother’s desktop had been hacked by outsiders who took control of her machine. I had no idea what virus or malware was on her machine that would give the bad guys an opportunity to get control again or execute something malicious on her device. FixMeStick seemed attractive since the product documentation says "You can boot it directly from the BIOS without booting Windows. This means you can start your FixMeStick even if you cannot start-up or navigate Windows". Technically yes, it IS bootable, but what they don’t mention is this doesn't work under Windows 8 or 10 due to the way those operating systems shutdown by default. It could scan but not clean the malware it found without starting Windows, which is exactly what I didn’t want. So if have to boot a suspect machine into Windows anyway, I would strongly recommend saving $60 and just getting a free 14-day trial of Malwarebytes. It is not bootable either but is excellent anti-malware software with a long-term great reputation.

This stick does nothing but damage your unit. The real solution is taking your unit to a geek squad and getting tech support.

I bought this after reading the reviews and was sorely disapppointed. It does not work. I even went through their support, upgraded through their program and still does not work.
