I've been a fan of the flashback series from the beginning. one of the earliest games to incorporate motion-capture technology, cinematic cutscenes an engaging soundtrack. Previously available on almost every computer system and console in the 90s , this game is a true gem that should be experienced by anyone interested in video games. This version has lots of features that modern gamers would find useful like configurable controls and rewind. But unfortunately it doesn't offer much in the way of anything new. There is a remake that Ubisoft produced a few years ago, but this is the original game from the 90s. I would have liked to have seen both the orginal, Ubisoft remake , and sequel Fade to Black, included as you certainly have the space on the disk. But a great intro for the price , for those who have not experienced it.

Owned this on Sega Genesis ~ Very good game IMO. Great Graphics and good Gameplay. Story was great too and the controls, I found were very responsive. Still overall a very good purchase! (especially on sale !)-will miss the the Gamers rewards Program...

I have this for the Switch but never saw it on the PS4 the game is remade and plays like the classic from the late 80s it has a Metroid like gameplay and runs great on the PS4 if you never heard of Flashback I suggest you give it a try at that low price you can't go wrong

Same game as the original but with a few new cool additions. You can play the original game as is or you can play a version with un-lockables, some graphics settings for you to play around with, and even a director's cut that add a couple of cinematics. This is the same game warts and all. If you loved it then get this. Cheers.

Always wanted to play this when I was a kid. Now,I have the chance. With updated graphics and classic sound,it plays well to be a dated title. The original game is also available for play as well. I must say that the controls are a bit odd,up for jump? I'm still toying with it but so far,it's good for a Flashback. Best Buy had a brand new copy for me for a great price,btw. Thanks alot.

Flashback has returned for current consoles and televisions. It is the same classic Flashback from the 1990s with a new rewind feature to allow some of the harder sections to be replayed without fear of a game over.

I've been a fan of this game since it originally came out of PC and Sega Genesis. This redition can be played pretty much as the original or can be played with some sound and music enhancements. Regardless, the original game is there in all its 16-bit glory!

I love when classic games get a release on modern hardware. I own the Genesis cart and loved it. Now I don't have to worry about trying to connect a 40 year old game system to a modern tv.

I played the original and enjoyed it. This is even better with updated graphics.

This is a true classic I remember playing this game over 15 years ago and I still enjoy on the PlayStation 4. Thumbs up

This is one of my favourite games from my childhood. It's a convenient way to replay this classic by just popping it into my PS4

A remake of a Sega cd classic. Old school gameplay that requires a bit of patience, but rewards such.

This is a good game. It has a taste of retro gaming and at the same time it is entertaining.

I bought this under the guy said it was a remake of the classic game that I loved on the genesis. It’s not, it’s the same game graphics and controls as before, not updated for the newer visual aesthetic or control that we are now used to

Flashback is a great remaster on the PS4. You should also try Out of This World available on the PSN.
