Great sales associate helped me determine the best product for what I needed, the problem was I selected the wrong brand. The tablet never recognized the keyboard. Went back and returned item and tested the display model, same problem. I wouldn't trust that these items work well, all other brands on display and the brand finally purchased had zero issues.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered the FIRST one in August 2016, after 3 weeks it quit turning on, so I exchanged it (store people were GREAT) the second one, same thing, haven't returned it yet as it happened over the weekend and the nearest Best Buy is a "day trip" but hopefully I get a FULL refund and no issues. BOTH of these quit working within a month, don't buy!

It lost its mind & refused to turn on. Returned it with no hassle at all (yeah, Best Buy!). Replaced with identical unit which is also refusing to turn on. Not a desirable product to own, is ven an inferior doorstop

Tablet works well, but after just 2 weeks of intermittent use, the screen cracked! Best Buy would not replace it an told me it was my problem! Am dealing with the manufacturer now. Not sure I will buy electronics from there again.
