Have had trouble with the camera going black twice and Geek squad had to run check on it and it came back up. Not sure if this is only problem with mine or the Insignia tablet

My daughter is able to do her homework on this and use it like her tablet. She loves the portability of it. Only problem is that she forgets to charge it back up, and then it take s a while after the battery has been run down.

Great for MS Office functions and web browsing along with tablet flexbility without the high cost.

My first Windows tablet, put office 365 on it/ just getting used to it. Seems to work fine for what I do with it/ grading on Blackboard, light writing, Internet and such// much more portable than my 24" Naby tablet

Appears quite fast in beginning. Being Windows product feels like laptop with tablet touch

I have used my tablet a handful of times. Now its dead. The light goes on like its going to charge but doesn't. One day it just wouldn't start up. I will never buy this product made for Best Buy again.Trying to reach Insignia customer service is awful and getting best buy to cover their product is even worse.I'm out almost a lot of money with a horrible product.

Performs as well as expected. Could use a slight bump in storage but the SD card slot allows expansion so no real complaints there. Unfortunately, this unit is no longer available. It's a great deal for the price & would likely be a hot Christmas item.

I love it! It's small enough to put in my purse and I can take it anyway. It turns around and acts as a laptop or turn it around and use as a tablet.

I bought this for my wife so can use it instead of her phone all the time

We bought two of these for our kids in college. We didn't want to spend a lot because we knew they would be trekking them back and forth and there would be a lot of wear and tear. On the whole the kids are happy enough with them, but the screens keep blacking out. Last week my daughter had completed an assignment on it and left it running for a few hours and it just went black and no matter what we did we couldn't get it to light back up. My tech loving husband finally found the reset code online after almost two days of not being able to use it. Just realize you get what you pay for and there will be some headaches with this.

Haven't used it, no internet connection yet. Will update later.

The device is good in screen, keyboard and the speed, but the charging and battery are so bad, it always shut down and it doesn't start immediately after it is plugged in, and that is ok, but you have to wait for long.over all i dont recommend it to a friend.

I'm hoping my purchased protection will support the repair. I'm not confident though heading in today to see. Seems ludicrous it should stop working. Began to stop working in December I think but the child would not tell me until it stopped charging all together this past week. Not Impressed

Not a bad tablet but I might as well had a touch screen laptop. Also after the first Windows updates it got stuck in a continuous reboot. I returned it and got a conventional Samsung tablet.

I'm really enjoying my Insignia tablet/laptop combo computer. I recently made a trip to the west coast, and it is the perfect size for use on the "downsized" planes!
