It is now the 17th of December and I may not have an over for Thanksgiving or Christmas. I had a bad Ignitor, Forno sent me one, I need the oven Burner as well and the forno customer service said I should have the burner in a few business days but that was 10 days ago. Not sure what a few means. At least 8 business days now and I emailed CS and I think I have been ghosted. less than 3 years old

Item not delivered. It was shown to be in stock and delivery scheduled for June 13 but received an email with new date of July 12 with no reason given. No luck finding out any information calling the customer service number.

The oven has a rotisserie, enameled interior, lights, telescopic racks and most importantly an easy to clean sealed burner unit.
More than pleased.
