This smart watch is not good enough for pairing with mobile app. Lookwise very good. But smart watch functionality is very poor

Was not able to sync this watch with my Android. Not saying it does not sync to androids, but was too complicated for me so I exchanged for a samsung

Tried to order 2 on Black Friday system continually crashed. Therefore one of them was delivered quickly, but disappointed on Christmas because the hands on the watch was broken. Took watch back to exchange, it took almost 2 hours. Of course the price was not honored for the 2nd watch even while trying to order on the same day. Christmas sucked for my grandson it was his only gift on Christmas.

I wasted my time trying to connect multiple times with multiple phones.

At first I enjoyed using this watch, I had no problem setting it up with my iPhone.But recently, it's Bluetooth connection with my phone is no longer working. I followed all the instructions on how to fix it and even refreshed it but still not working so I got disappointed. Aside from value and design, I bought this because of its basic smart watch feature.

If you are looking for a smart watch this is not it. Constantly loses connection, having to pair multiple times. Notifications arent always caught. The only great thing is that the watch itself has its own battery and works as a regular watch. But for smartwatch i would not recommend. Used it with Note 4.
