We had a concept of the things we wanted to do, but our in-home consultant (Luca V) was able to help bring it to reality. He was very patient with our barrage of questions and uncertainty. His recommendations were on point and the Geek Squad install team were very accommodating. Thx for offering these consulting services.

Had 3 new tvs, four tv mounts, 9 ceiling speakers installed in a new home all connected to an existing stereo system. Also had a counter depth refrigerator installed. All came together beautifully. Looks great, sounds great.

Since the first time Katy walked in the door my wife and I love everything she has done. There are always issues when you spend what we spent. When they came up, she was all over them to amke sure we were happy. I would do it again in a heartbeat! 4 Ring cameras, Bose Sound System, 75 inch Q80 Smasung and install!

He gave me advice and worked through an issue I was having placing an order online. He offered multiple fair options to resolve the issue and I had my new TV ready to pick up right away. I ended up going back to Best Buy for a TV Stand and Sound Bar later because I was so pleased with his level of service.

The Geek Squad installed two new OLED large screen TV's, added Roku sticks to two other TV's and put streaming services on all four.

I wanted help in determining sizes and options for kitchen appliances, since my kitchen is long and narrow. The consultant was nice enough and helpful to a point, but there was miscommunication. I didn't hear from him for a month due to his vacation within that time, but he did apologize extensively for not letting me know that he would be unavailable. I am actually the one who shopped the website and discovered the gas stove and microwave that I purchased. So far I like both quite well. One major downfall in the consultation process was the fact that the consultant never told me the requirements for refrigerator hook-up. Nowhere did I read that the water shutoff had to be behind the refrigerator; it just said within 6 feet. I didn't know that they wouldn't work with copper connections; it said just that the connection had to be in good working order. I did purchase the required water connection kit. My plumber had to do the installation for me. Everything is working well. The refrigerator is much different from what I had before, but I am adjusting to it.

Justin was beyond helpful with his guidance and expertise. I’m very thankful he was able to come on site as quickly as he did and didn’t try to upsell things we didn’t need.

From selection to checkout to delivery and install. I couldn't be happier with Yvette at the bunker hill location. She was amazing and explained everything and coordinated with us so well.

I needed a new washer and dryer but had limited space in my laundry. Our in home advisor helped with solution that allowed for full size washer/dryer combination instead of having a smaller capacity compact set. He arranged delivery and set up expedited the whole transaction.

Great, friendly and timely service installing our system! 2 75” Samsung Tv’s, Sonos sound bars, Eeros and coordinating with several previously purchased TVs from Best Buy.

We had an expert reviewer stop by to assist with our purchase of a new fridge: stove; & microwave hood-range replacements. He helped with making sure everything fit in our spaces perfectly. Pieces came in time...Price was reasonable & pieces were installed & old ones removed.

Helpers were nice but they didn’t place the HDMI behind the wall as I had hoped (said they were hitting wood) and should have stayed to make sure the Xbox was working.
