I was trying to make the best home theatre possible, and was having trouble deciding on what kind of set up I needed (tv or projector, what receiver) to make the most of my space. Sam came out and helped not only with my decision I was struggling with, but also helped improve the overal experience with somethings I didn't give a lot of thought too. Sam was polite, friendly and professional. He helped me stay around my budget I had set and push to try and sell me more of extras i didn't need. After everything was done, and I still had questions, Sam continues to help me out and makes the whole experience that much better. Sam is a key player that Best Buy should be happy and consider themselves fortunate to have as part of their team. Thanks again!

We bought all Best Buy appliances and we have Total Tech. The sales personnel came out and made sure our appliances would fit. The microwave didn’t fit and the person could tell me about an alternative that would fit.Appliances were delivered and set . I absolutely love the microwave that we bought because it was recommended. We bought it without seeing it. Waterloo Best Buy understands customer service and makes sure we are well taken care of, All the appliances were delivered free of charge because we are Total Tech members. We would not be without Total Tech. My kitchen is my dream!

Amazing experience with Best Buy home audio and theatre purchase and installation. Jeremy Stettler from the Savannah GA store is incredible. Haven't met many sales and technicians that have this much knowledge on just about anything related to the products, installation, and functionality. To top it off, the Geek Squad installation team was just as amazing. Neal as the primary go-to guy and Tom both were thorough, clean working environment, and expedient. Overall, a wonderful experience for my investment. 4 sonos amps, 1 Dennon receiver, 10 sonance speakers, 2- 65" LED TVs with one outdoor with soundbar. AMAZING SOUND.

When I started thinking of a home theater system in my media room, my thinking was pretty small. After I setup a free consultation session, my thinking really broadened, and I started looking for the best home theater setup I can have within a reasonable budget. I eventually setup my dream theater with Bowers and Wilkins 600 Anniversary Edition 5.1 system and entertaining my friends and family. Bestbuy's Magnolia room also helped in this process. My understanding of the speaker / audio technology is much higher thanks to Bestbuy consultant Samir's initial guidance. I strongly recommend - it is free and you will have nothing to lose.

Brandon was great to work with because he knew and understood exactly what I was thinking of doing. My tech - Andy, went above and beyond the call of duty on the install! He installed 2 TVs, sound bars, rear channels, and speakers on the deck. We then designed a plan for the new game room with a new TV and my existing surround system. It is truly the game room I've always wanted! Andy and Matt did so effortlessly. Absolute naturals at there work. Andy went over the top, like I said, by redoing the mess I made on Alexa lighting. He did not give up until all of the almost 40 Alexa lights were reconfigured. I cannot thank him enough for making all this happen.

The two gentlemen who delivered and set up my laundry space were fantastic! Our soace is small, but these guys did a suoer job. They were personable, professional and answered any questions / concerns I had. They also communicated with updates of their ETA. They were very respectful and that was refreshing as we have needed new appliances this past year and have used other stores before finally coming to BB. Thank goodness we did!

Just moved to Wilmington NC and wanted advice and install prices for setting up in-wall and in-ceiling speakers for my theater room. Also had questions concerning remote lighting. Haven’t located any high end audio places here so I turned to Best Buy. My home expert’s name is Trudy and she was at the appointment on time. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I just purchased the SONY 77” A80J OLED TV which Best Buy installed and programmed my Harmony Elite Remote they did a great job. Even though I’m not purchasing my in-wall speakers from Best Buy, they don’t carry Paradigm, my speaker of choice, they have no issue with doing the install. Trudy was very helpful and I definitely recommend Trudy and the Best Buy team in Wilmington for your home audio questions and needs.

We needed help figuring out the right TV and sound bar approach for our newly remodeled living room. Womack came to our home, provided us with options and estimates. We stopped back to the store to finalize the decision and he made the arrangements so simple. He also sent two great team members to perform the final installation We've never taken advantage of the home installation service before. Really wish we had done this years ago! It was done right the first time.

The Geek Squad team Jack & Taylyn were the most knowledgeable and nicest we've ever had out. They explained everything. They took away a Sony TV for recycling. They cleaned up everything including cleaning out unnecessary wires, hook up others had left behind. I really appreciate the declutting. They came out on Thursday because our Tuesday appointment didn’t show. They were exceptional knowledgeable & professionals in setting up our new theater system.

I would personally like to thank Robert for helping me pick out the best TV and sound system for my basement. Robert went above and beyond helping me! Also, thank you to Chris who came out and did the rough install and later, connected the TV and sound system. Chris has so much experience and expertise in installing your system! He's also a really great guy! Chris truly wants the customer to have a great experience. I would truly give both Robert and Chris 10 stars if possible. I hope Best Buy realizes what an asset they have in just these 2 people! Well done you guys! I am a customer for life!!

We have worked with Ben for setting up our home theater setup in Basement. Right from design to install by the team was perfect. There were challenges in shipping and Ben went an extra mile to get the system setup with loaned devises so that I have a working system when family was here for holidays and the team came back another time to swap them back. Ben was really patient in working with us for design changes, additions at the end and we are really happy with the final outcome. Really happy with BB experience and will certainly recommend working with Ben for my friends

We were doing a major remodel on our old entertainment center to know fit a 75” TV and in a room w all windows& no blinds. He come to house and made excellent recommendation of what kind of TV for our requirements. Also had us come in the store to view the features of the Mat TV which features, no glares from windows.

I had a new LG G3 tv, Sonos sound bar and Sonos Subwoofer installed. Overall they did an outstanding job. They were very friendly and the job only took about two hours. The Sonos system with Dolby Atmos is like being in the theater. The LG G3 tv has so many features on it and the picture is better than any tv I have owned. The only drawback to the install was I mentioned to the guys about reading it's best to have the sound bar four inches below the tv for best sound and this is where they agreed to put it. As the picture I've submitted shows they installed it one inch below the tv not four. Other than this I'm satisfied with their work.

Rolando assisted my wife and I in the purchase of an entire kitchen appliance package. He was very helpful from beginning to end. There is a lot that goes into buying a new kitchen. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Rolando if you are interested in purchasing any appliances.

Best Buy total tech was totally worth the money. We had a great experience with Taylor at Best Buy. He helped us from Smart Home Tech to TV and Sound Bar to our new appliances for our home. Makes the process as simple as possible and was able to get items delivered and installed for us when we needed it. Greatly appreciate all his help. Would recommend to anyone looking for these types of items for their home.

I recently came to the realization that it was time to replace my refrigerator. I did an initial in-person visit at a store to look at what fridge's were currently available and in stock. However, when I decided to make the decision to go ahead and buy one, the expert in the store who assisted me was very helpful and I was so glad to have a single person to ask questions.

I just moved back to oregon from Connecticut to take care of mom. I used Best buy in Connecticut which was a great experience so why not here in Woodburn. I called Best buy and best buy consultant came by. As we sat at the dining room table we both decided what appliances were best for me and my budget. It was a great experience

Louis and Philip were Outstanding! They were extremely knowledgeable of all the LG kitchen products and how to install and set up for use. They were also very friendly and willing to share their wealth of knowledge. They were efficient and were in and out very quickly! There is absolutely nothing that could have been done better! My wife and I are completely satisfied with both the installation and the LG kitchen products too (Dishwasher, Range and Refrigerator)!

We needed to replace our TV and contacted Best Buy for an in home consultation. The Best Buy expert arrived on time for our appointment and was very helpful and informative. We purchased an LG OLED TV and Sonos Beam and Subwoofer. We wanted our TV and Soundbar neatly mounted on the wall and all wires hidden so we were thrilled that Best Buy also offers expert installation. It was so awesome to be able to do all of this from the comfort and safety of our home. The installers were prompt, professional, neat, and did an excellent job. They even took the time to walk us through using our new products. We are thrilled with our purchase and the expert advise, products and service we received. Best Buy is the best!

I purchased a Samsung bespoke refrigerator and before I purchased it, I wanted someone to come out and measure it for me. I went to your Best Buy location in Highland ,IN. I met SAM While I was in the store, he was very knowledgeable about the products. Upon his arrival at my house, he measured the area,(doorway and space for fridge),he was very professional and helpful. Sam made my decision a lot easier to make a choice because of his expertise.
