I purchased a Samsung bespoke refrigerator and before I purchased it, I wanted someone to come out and measure it for me. I went to your Best Buy location in Highland ,IN. I met SAM While I was in the store, he was very knowledgeable about the products. Upon his arrival at my house, he measured the area,(doorway and space for fridge),he was very professional and helpful. Sam made my decision a lot easier to make a choice because of his expertise.

We purchased a new 65 inch Sony Bravia TV and new Sony sound bar for our family room. One of our old Sharp TVs had to be removed and our 4 year old Sony TV and Sonos sound bar had to be moved to another bedroom. The Geek Squad professionals who came to our home to install and set up the new TV and relocate the other TV were very helpful. They also came back two days later to hook up the adapter for our Sennheiser headphones and make sure we understood how to make everything work.

The expert, Mrs. Erica, was assigned to my case by a sale associate named Jerry. He was amazing and helped me get answers to all of my concerns. I had no idea that BestBuy provide customers with EXPERTS! She was very knowledgeable about which refrigerator and washer and dryer would be best for my home and lifestyle. As a first time homebuyer, she was so patient with me with the many questions I had. I would definitely be recommending her to all of my family and friends! I love my new appliances! I just moved back to oregon from Connecticut to take care of mom. I used Best buy in Connecticut which was a great experience so why not here in Woodburn. I called Best buy and best buy consultant came by. As we sat at the dining room table we both decided what appliances were best for me and my budget. It was a great experience

Sheldon is wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. Has helped us with several rooms in our house and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct and is scheduled and completed properly. We pivoted mid-job to switch speakers to sound bars and We are still a work in progress so the photos are not completed work. Waiting on sound bar, speakers, props for sound bars,…Loving the new oled tv in our bedroom, the one in the family room wall unit, the washer dryer, …thank you!!

First, I was greatly helped by the salesperson in the store who recommended a consultation. I didn’t even know it was available. He helped me set up a date. When the day came, I was delighted that our consultation was SO helpful. Nicholas was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely practical in his suggestions. He listened to our needs and made great suggestions. Overall,it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Nicholas.

We moved to a new place with large spaces for indoor and outdoor, so we needed help with new tv, home theater and some speakers for the backyard. We drove to Best Buy and we were lucky to meet Romeo…Best experience working with a designer who was very helpful and counts with a great team dedicated to support my project(s) from the beginning to the end….Best Decision….high recommended. My Family and I are grateful and very satisfied with the products, service and great customer services a A+.

Omar is absolutely amazing!!!! He helped me with washer and dryer selections for my new construction home. There was a technology glitch with tripping outlet circuits and compatibility. Omar was able to via text and email get my units exchanged/replaced and delivered. I only visited the store my initial visit and after that Omar and GeekSquad took over! He’s highly communicative and provided options for texting. A+service! Thank you Omar and Best Buy!

Best Buy sales person Terry was absolutely spectacular finding the right Oven a double oven to replace my old one perfect fit and absolutely beautiful. I didn’t think customer service existed Until this sales person! Would highly recommend buying from them and plan to buy the rest of my appliances when I need from terry !

Best Buy’s in home consultation is wonderful. Alex came out and did all the measurements. Then went over products. I thought I wanted one thing but he sold me on something completely different. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend having Alex come out. He is very knowledgeable about the products. Very friendly and easy to work with.

The Geek Squad came out and wall mounted a 65" TV. The team was great, very courteous, professional, and was very attentive to covid protocols. It's great when a team shows up, puts on shoe covers, has good PPE, and completes the install with confidence and professionalism. They also cleaned up and made sure everything was working as expected, they even zip tied the cables to make sure the TV could be moved without seeing the cables and having the cables pulling at the insertion points. I was very impressed and highly recommend using the Geek Squad team for all you in-home Home Theater needs. Thanks!

When Kyle arrived at my home I was apprehensive. Not sure what will happen. Kyle quickly reassured and made me feel at ease that he could help me. He was right. We were able to find a refrigerator that fit my small spot in my kitchen which is small itself. Kyle was pleasant, and confident which in turn eased my worries. I’m so happy Kyle came to my house and I will call Kyle again if I am in need of his services.

Keshawn has been a great Home Expert. We made an appointment in store and he came to our apartment right on time to do all the measurements. We then placed an order of a LG fridge with Keshawn in the store. He also input crucial instructions about our garage height for the Best Buy delivery team. The delivery took place on the date promised and went smoothly. Thank you, Keshawn!

We were performing a renovation and needed a consult on a recommendation for a television with surround sound system. Mario came out and provided useful and realistic recommendations. He remained in contact throughout the purchasing process and assisted us in resolving a minor issue post-purchase. Mario was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Greg and his assistant were very nice to work with. Greg was very knowledgeable about all the products we were talking about. He called me before my appointment to ask about my needs. He came on time. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want or need. I love my new Samsung OLED tv and the Sonos speakers. They are amazing; especially watching the Formula One Netflix series. I will definitely recommend Greg to my friends who need a consultation. Well done Greg!!

John Turi was great! He was available to me and wanted to meet my needs and he did! He made the process so Easy! Installers were amazing too! Jon the tv installer was amazing . And Especially Chino and Tito went above and beyond to get my washer and dryer connected in a small space. Very impressed!

Since we have downdraft vent and limited countertop space, it was very difficult for us to buy new cooktop. Amanda came and solved it very quickly and accurately. Amanda also helped with logistics of delivery and installation in between the new countertop installation. After the consultation, I knew that we were in great hands. The project is done, looking and working great. Thanks Amanda!

My experience was great with Best Buy: /Omar. Omar came to measure for my appliances at my convenience, (people don’t know you offer this service). I was sent information on what would work best in the space I had. Had a few issues with the damaged product but everything worked itself out with the best installers . I work with females and the public that would be interested in the help I was given!

Fernando has been amazing to work with! He helped us from start to finish choosing a new sound system and basement multi-tv set up. He made the process very easy and having a point person to communicate with made it very smooth. We had a lot of questions he was always great at getting back to us right away.

I was looking to purchase a washer and dryer right away. My consultant was professional yet personable. He seemed to know the products, verified the measurements (which I appreciated) and could answer questions about cost. It was a great experience. I made my purchase during that consultation. I just recently moved into my condo and will need to purchase kitchen appliances at a date in the near future. Since my initial experience with my consultant went so well I plan to use this same service when replacing my kitchen appliances. Thank you Best Buy! This is a great service.
