Being elderly, legally blind & not technically savy, we needed help selecting the best tv for me and installation of it. We were shown several tvs & gives the specs on three. We took them home & studied them. Next we went back to Best Buy to tell them our choice only to learn it wasn't in stock & couldn't be ordered. We settled on a 2nd choice but it was not in stock either & had to be ordered. We went to the store the day before it was to be delivered only to learn the delivery request had been lost & it couldn't be delivered for 3 weeks A request was made for it to be expedited ASAP and after we got home we were delighted to learn it would be delivered the next day. The installer was fantastic! He installed it, demonstrated how to work the remote then had me try several things with the remote. He ever wrote instructions down in large print for me for my vision problems. He even gave me his phone no. to text in case I had a problem. I later discovered something he had not covered & I had failed to ask about recordings. He called me back and explained how I should do it. He even offered to swing by my house the next day to check it oout which he did. He was very patient and extremely helpful--moreso than anyone else I have ever had in my house to install something. He was fantastic and made up for the bad experiences we had had in selecting & purchasing the tv. He left us both totally satisfied and feeling good about Best Buy.

I needed help figuring out a good security camera for my home, the 2 gentlemen that came out were very knowledgeable and helpfull.

Kevin was extremely creative and resourceful throughout the whole shopping experience with an expertise that extends well beyond audio & video into vacuums, appliances and security. That made him a one-stop support system for our new home needs. Most importantly, he was incredibly patient at all times.

Bought new 77” tv and sound bar an matching sub, didn’t like how Samsung sound bar hung down below tv ! Went into store and talked to salesman that sold it to us, wasn’t getting much satisfaction from him for a bit , reminded him that we wanted the sound bar to mount up close to bottom of tv not 31/2” below, he finally went to talk to his boss, he finally returned and said he could set us up with their specialist the next week! Best Buy’s specialist called me exactly the morning he said he would this guy new his stuff understood exactly what we wanted and why, he told me that the best way to get this done was to exchange the sound bar I bought and buy the Sonos sound bar and sub With the Sonos mount. It cost us another $1100.00 but it was well worth it. The sound is amazing and we love it, The Best Buy specialist was Russell and he had his guy come out mount everything! It was a pain for a short time but I have to say Best Buy and their guy Russell fixed the problem! We will return to Best Buy soon to purchase more accessories for our new home!

I needed to replace a Samsung dishwasher with a new Bosch dishwasher. Talked to Thomas Wilson and he verified all I needed to know abut both and organized the delivery and haul away. He is fantastic to work with.

Adrain and his team were very helpful. All items requested and suggested worked fantastic. The install team was courteous and knowledgeable. Very clean and neat install. I would highly recommended them.

We ordered a range that turned out to have damage. The expert quickly arranged to return that one, and to deliver a new range to our home. We were very pleased with this personal service.

We needed help making sure the washer/dryer combo would fit in the limited space we had, as well as having to decide on whether or not to add pedestals to the order. My husband selected models and made a mistake on his choice of color and picked a washer with a white door and a dryer with a black door which necessitated changing out the washer. Terrence was unbelievably responsive. He even picked up the phone once on his day off. Additionally, there were technology issues with the payment while we were doing it all remotely. He's calm, professional, responsive, kind - just all around a really great guy to work with. He's a huge asset to Best Buy! This is short and sweet but could be much longer in singing his praises.

We wanted to mount a TV over an existing TV nook. John was able to streamline the entire design and took the time to explain everything. Now we have a beautiful 65 inch TV with a great sound system.

We had a complicated set up and the group from Magnolia was really great in trying to figure it all out, it took a few visits but they worked very hard ! The staff from the Nashua store was very professional and nice to work with.

Chris is a great consultant listening to my needs and delivering a solution. He follows through with installers to make sure the install is good. All communications are timely. He definitely works hard to earn customer satisfaction.

Our consultation with the HOME expert Andres Vega is what convinced me use Best Buy for the purchase of a monogram series advantium microwave and a built-in convection electric wall oven. Andres helped me through the entire process of purchasing and installing the new oven and advantium. He was very thorough and attentive to all of my needs and very helpful. There are many different places to purchase appliances, but it was because of Andres and his ability to arrange for in-home consultation for sizing of the unit to my current space, and all of the other details for installation that assured me I made a wise decision in purchasing my appliance from Best Buy. I will definitely recommend Andres to my friends for any purchases they may need at Best Buy. I will also reach out if I am looking for new items for the house, myself, or the family. I hope Best Buy realizes what an outstanding employee they have in Andres Vega, who I believe deserves a bonus for his customer service, and good work for the company!

Tyler Garrison at the Roseville, MN location was wonderful to work with, walking my wife and I through everything before we decided to spend the money on our movie room. I would definitely give Tyler two thumbs up.

After having done my online research, I visited my BBuy location and reviewed models that my criteria for a day. I later came back with my wife to get her opinion on OLED vs MiniLED, and settled on a couple models to compare. That's when I engaged the BBuy consultant Tariq, who kindly followed my lead on getting demos that my wife would be able to observe to help make a final decision. Tariq lend us a tape measure, chair, and show various types of content to help us simulate our home experience in the store. We settled walked away with a better idea on what we may choose, and made our final decision at home. I called Tariq to complete the sales process from my home, with no pressure to buy the other things that often come with a high end TV. Tariq is a pleasure to work with, knows what questions to ask, and offers help where and when it makes sense to do so. I will return to him for my next purchases involving my Dolby Atmos setup to finish my remaning home theater needs.

The consultation I received from Rommel was fantastic. Resulted in me being able to purchase Home Theater system. And not having to go to the store was a big plus.

Installed 48” in wall Samsung TV. Lou was very patient and also installed a new WIFI Router. He explained how to use my remote and programmed my Smart TV menu. Highly recommend Lou.

RC was so amazing. Great communication, very polite and friendly. He explained the rócese and helped me find the right appliance for my home. I thank him for reassuring me and making things easy for me.
