Our consultation with the HOME expert Andres Vega is what convinced me use Best Buy for the purchase of a monogram series advantium microwave and a built-in convection electric wall oven.
Andres helped me through the entire process of purchasing and installing the new oven and advantium. He was very thorough and attentive to all of my needs and very helpful. There are many different places to purchase appliances, but it was because of Andres and his ability to arrange for in-home consultation for sizing of the unit to my current space, and all of the other details for installation that assured me I made a wise decision in purchasing my appliance from Best Buy. I will definitely recommend Andres to my friends for any purchases they may need at Best Buy. I will also reach out if I am looking for new items for the house, myself, or the family.
I hope Best Buy realizes what an outstanding employee they have in Andres Vega, who I believe deserves a bonus for his customer service, and good work for the company!

After having done my online research, I visited my BBuy location and reviewed models that my criteria for a day. I later came back with my wife to get her opinion on OLED vs MiniLED, and settled on a couple models to compare.
That's when I engaged the BBuy consultant Tariq, who kindly followed my lead on getting demos that my wife would be able to observe to help make a final decision.
Tariq lend us a tape measure, chair, and show various types of content to help us simulate our home experience in the store.
We settled walked away with a better idea on what we may choose, and made our final decision at home. I called Tariq to complete the sales process from my home, with no pressure to buy the other things that often come with a high end TV.
Tariq is a pleasure to work with, knows what questions to ask, and offers help where and when it makes sense to do so.
I will return to him for my next purchases involving my Dolby Atmos setup to finish my remaning home theater needs.

We needed help making sure the washer/dryer combo would fit in the limited space we had, as well as having to decide on whether or not to add pedestals to the order. My husband selected models and made a mistake on his choice of color and picked a washer with a white door and a dryer with a black door which necessitated changing out the washer. Terrence was unbelievably responsive. He even picked up the phone once on his day off. Additionally, there were technology issues with the payment while we were doing it all remotely. He's calm, professional, responsive, kind - just all around a really great guy to work with. He's a huge asset to Best Buy! This is short and sweet but could be much longer in singing his praises.

Jordan did a great job on the 2 consultation visits; unfortunately, after that he disappeared on Personal Time Off and did not answer or return calls. Since there was not a workable direct line to the Federal Way Best Buy store, we had to physically go into the store multiple times to resolve issues with the order with managers (one of whom also went on Personal Time Off as well). Ultimately, an effective manager did escalate the issue (unresolved receiver delivery date) the issues to the District Manager. We were also displeased that the screen was smaller than the screen that was replaced, which wasn't made clear until immediately before the actual installation. Ultimately, the setup was installed on time, but we felt it was a constant struggle and a faulty communication system, where we were not adequately informed throughout the process. Consultants and managers need to more effectively hand off their unfinished/ongoing tasks to a specific point of contact, and letting the customers know who that is, and how to communicate with them.

After several purchases and returns for my new TV, Sound Bar and Wall Mount efforts, it was obvious that I was getting different advise from sales agents and the project was not coming together. Although it was not your sales staff's fault it was clear that I did not know what I was doing. Then I was referred to a Home Theater Consultant Jesse at your Aurora, Colorado store. I felt I had met my guardian angel. He recognized by looking at my history of purchases and returns that I was having issues. We discussed my needs, Jesse asked all the right questions and discussed what he thought I needed to complete my project. Then he offered to come to my Condo to assess my personal situation. He spent a couple hours plus with me and answered all my questions. After he left, he called back to tell me that he had returned to the Aurora store and pulled all of my register receipts to make sure that I had received all the proper refunds from the purchases I had made that did not work to my satisfaction and per the Geek Squad installers. I was very impressed with Jesse's level of customer service and knowledge. I am a raving fan of Jesse. He is a great asset for Best Buy and the Geek Squad. I truly hope that he gets recognition for his sterling customer service, knowledge and consulting skills. I taught Customer Service for a major Bank for 50 years. He ranks very high in my opinion!
I also want to shout out to Robert, a Supervisor at your Aurora Store. He did an excellent job price matching my purchases. It's not easy working with a person with a financial back ground.
Thank you Best Buy for offering high quality service and hiring quality employees.

Joshua is the best home advisor there is. Honestly, I have been to best buy many times, part of the total tech plus, elite plus, etc., etc. I have encountered many many sales associates and home advisors. I have seen the reps that rushed you, see you as an annoyance, rude, and makeup lies because they don't know any better. There are actually many that are disgruntled with their own miserable life, and take it to work. Then you have someone like Josh, who was very kind, and patient, knowledgeable, and professional. But most important of all, he showed genuine care and interest in the client's needs. He did not oversell you for commission, or to hit his target. Honestly, each time I want to buy something, I always reach out to Josh first now. You can buy the same products anywhere. Normally, I either get it at Amazon for it fast delivery service or Best Buy for the point. But now, I am happy to wait just a little longer for just that much better service from Josh. I highly recommend Josh for your electronics or home systems need!

Got home theater installation from Best Buy . Whole team from bestbuy and especially Blake Repp were very helpful , professional and extremely knowledgeable about the work they do . Highly recommend anyone whom anyone is looking for setting home theatre system including speakers , calibration etc . You can have peace of mind and let them do everything .

The purchase process was excellent. The home consultation and correspondence that followed was good. You helped us find what we wanted. When we finally were able to get the space above the stove to what is was supposed to be you were able to get us the microwave we wanted. The purchase was competed and paid for on October 19.
The order included a delivery date of November 14 between 1200 and 1600.
Beginning October 31, I started getting e-mails about the delivery. The hour range remained the same.
On the 13th, things started getting confused. An e-mail indicated that the delivery time would be between the hours of 03:30 PM - 05:30 PM. However, I received four automated phone calls [one for each appliance] that indicated the delivery time would be 1200 to 1600.
We got ready. By 1130 the refrigerator was empty. We had all the contents in coolers with ice to keep things cool until delivery.
Twelve came and went. Two came and went. AT 1430 we started calling the Geek Squad to find out what was going on.
They did not know. The person we talked to gave us a number to call [800-433-5778.] The agent indicated that she could not call dispatch until 1530 because of our 1200-1600 window.
Then I received an email sent at 1537 hrs that said the delivery, installation team would be here at 1610. We waited until 1625, called again and talked to Reagan. She put me on hold while she checked and the call dropped about 20 minutes later.
We then got a call from the driver who was supposed to pick up the appliances. We told him that they were still connected, so he could not pick them up. He said he would check with his people and let us know. He did not.
I called again and talked to Eric. He said he would try to find out what was going on. This time I was on hold for 38 minutes before the call disconnected.
After 1700 we called again and Aisha (Marsha?) forwarded us to delivery. Eight minutes later, Crystal answered. She got our number so she could call back if the call dropped. While she was trying to connect to the delivery team, the installer called at 1723 on my cell phone and said they would be here at 1800 and that the install would take about one hour.
When they got here, around 1815, it was already dark outside.
Then they turned out to be two of the nicest and most competent people we had talked to all day. One came into the house with the microwave under his arm. He promptly proceeded to uninstall the range and the microwave while the other was outside fighting mosquitoes and unpacking the rest of the order. [I took out some insect repellent for him to use. He may not be here otherwise. The mosquitoes would have carried him away.]
While the inside man was installing the microwave, the outside man was taking the doors off the refrigerator so they could bring it in without hitting the door frame. Those two young men knew what they were doing; the outside man worked in the light of the street light.
With the refrigerator inside, they both worked to put it back together. They finished around 1940 when I sent you the email.

It has taken us two days to compose this letter. Had we sent it Wednesday it would have been vitriol. We were that incensed.
In our collective lives of having things delivered and installed, last Wednesday’s takes the cake. At times the whole ordeal reminded me of a Three Stooges movie. Only we were participants instead of spectators.
Give our kudos to the install team. We did before they left, but we did not take names.

I purchased a GE 30” built in double wall oven. The unit is absolutely perfect. Cooking dinner in one oven and baking in the other is a HUGE time saver!!!! Best decision ever……

We were purchasing a new TV and needed to integrate our existing McIntosh and speakers into a new complete sound system. Zack Revnew was the consultant and he did an exceptional job of listening to understand our goals. He researched the existing equipment to determine what was needed, and continued to monitor the progress of the installation. Some follow up parts were needed, and Zack stayed right on top of everything.
This is the first service in many years where we did not need to track and monitor - Zack took care of everything.
Leroy and the installation team - Charlie and Jeff - were outstanding. Respectful, pleasant, prompt, and knowledgeable.
Cannot say enough good things about our Best Buy Magnolia experience!
We plan additional purchases.

Sweetest Ultra HD TV & All-Home Sound

I can't say enough about our new 65" Ultra High Def Sony TV, Sonos Soundbar, and 2 Sonos Alexa-enabled speakers. We recently bought a new condo and wanted to create a smart home for our listening and viewing pleasure.
The Best Buy / Geek Squad team did an in-home consultation to look at our space in our downstairs Man-Cave family room, and our upstairs Great room. They then welcomed us back in the store for a hands-on demo of the recommended equipment. We settled on a new 65" Sony UHD TV and the Sonos Soundbar. We now are watching cable and Netflix in UHD with amazing visual and sound. We also already had a two-year old Sony 50" UHD TV that the Best Buy team installed in our Great room on a wall mount above our fireplace, providing more great viewing upstairs as well.
The Geek Squad then helped me add the Sonos iPhone app so I could control the wireless speakers throughout the home. They then set up the two Sonos Alexa-enabled small speakers in our Great room upstairs. We can pair the upstairs speakers and downstairs Soundbar to all run together or separately, which is great for entertaining. The sound is incredible for such a small footprint. The Geek Squad helped us get our Pandora, iHeart radio, Spotify and other music apps connected so we can request virtually any song on-demand for free via Alexa. Our goal of having a state of the art smart home has been achieved thanks to Best Buy, the Geek Squad, Sony and Sonos. I highly recommend them all and am extremely satisfied with the equipment and service we received from start to finish. Brian Olson
