Our consultant was insightful and determined what products would prove useful to us by listening. Saved us considerably by measuring the exact cut out for our replacement cooktop as many advertised as 36 inches would not have fit without cutting the countertop. In addition, much easier to have a single person to contact for assistance.

Chad knew all the details about each appliance I purchased. He followed up and also sent me a message when the washer and dryer I wanted went on sale. Because of his attention to all these details, I made sure that I worked with Chad. We made appointments and saved a lot of time. I considered him to be the consummate professional.

All my plans - were a success because of Anthony! He came to my home, we went over everything I was considering, he made awesome recommendations (such as instead of paying $200 to Mount a very old tv, put that towards a modern tv and get your mounting covered with the total tech program), he also kept me from putting the wrong size tv on my fire place, and just all sound made life so much easier. This was a great service

I want to express my sincere gratitude for Jose’s professionalism, thoroughness, and consistent assistance throughout our interactions. His expertise and support have been greatly appreciated. However, I must candidly share my disappointment with a recent service experience. The lead serviceman who was dispatched to change out the door of my refrigerator left me incredibly dissatisfied. His demeanor was marked by rudeness, impatience, and dismissiveness, and his overall conduct was far from the level of professionalism I have come to associate with Best Buy's services. Top off this poor interaction, he left the plastic he removed from my refrigerator door in the hallway, which I found to be completely unacceptable. I believe in providing honest feedback to help maintain the high standards of service that customers expect from Best Buy. I hope that this isolated incident can be addressed to ensure that future interactions reflect the excellence that you exemplify.

Drew was fantastic. Very communicative and really went the extra mile to explain all logistics of the install we were wanting as well as provide helpful product knowledge to make recommendations. We did two separate installs through Drew and both turned out beautiful.

Bought all my appliances for my kitchen remodel at Best Buy. My sales rep Norma was just excellent. She was very knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process of selecting the right appliances. She was extremely helpful all the way to end when I had delivery issues. She was very attentive and even responded to my texts and calls on her days off. I highly recommend Norma for all your appliance needs!

We weren't sure if a larger TV would be too large for our family room. JB, the Sr. Consultant came out while he was also checking out our room size for a new sound system. After we talked and measured we went into the Medford Store and ordered a 77 inch Sony TV that we are very happy with.

Moved to a new home and required appliances to be updated. Ray was very helpful and reassuring throughout the process in what is required to accommodate my home that would suit my situation well along with expediting items when available. Not only that, every installation crew for each appliance has been cooperative and pleasant to communicate with within the process.

My Rep Conrad gave me some good ideas concerning my home video and sound system which resulted in the purchase of a Kliptsch Speaker System. (2- 820F, 2- 51M, 1-R-34C ) He also gave us a proposal for a mesh wifi system for our property which we are still contemplating. I think it is great help to have someone come to your home and see what you have so as to provide ideas for improvements. This would be harder to do if we were standing in the store. I am very satisfied with the help we were provided

Jay was a great representative for Best Buy! He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, candid, polite and friendly. We very much enjoyed working with him and he recommended a great TV and sound system for us. We are very happy with our choices/decisions!

Mr. Pollard guided my purchase - he was patient, kind and knowledgeable. The delivery gentlemen were timely, cleaned up after themselves, friendly and professional - they taught me how to use everything before leaving. I could not be more pleased.

Anton was incredible to work with from start to finish! He was prompt to the appointment and his knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent. The Geek Squad install team including Tim, Drew, and their partners were top tier. Their attention to detail was extremely impressive and very important to me. Everyone involved was amazing.

After getting the run-around from Lowes, i.e. backorders, installation delays, price, etc., a co-worker referred me to Scott Schnabel in Conroe, TX. In short, Scott made the entire buying/financing/measuring/installation process a breeze. After two short weeks, the appliances are installed, working and look great.

We were so impressed with Christopher's professionalism and overall competence. He was quite personable as well. I chose a specific DENON receiver and he said we didn't need all of the features on that particular model. He recommended a lower tier model that was cheaper.

Best Buy did an impeccable job helping me replace my TV and audio component system. Nice, patient, helpful, accommodating, and safe for COVID. I am more than pleased with the experience and outcome. The home consultation answered all my questions and later that same day Tim met me at the store to test speakers and sound. Before I left the store I purchased everything I wanted and needed with the confidence that it would fit my space, look fantastic, and sound fantastic. Thank you!

I needed to know if i was buying the right size dryer for my space. Not only did Jeremiah assess and measure the space he also ensured me that I was on track with the model I chose. And that the washing machine I wanted installed would fit. I was pleasantly surprised that i was able to purchase the dryer on the spot from my home. He brought everything needed to complete the purchase. No need for me to go back to the store.

Nice to have one point of local contact. The entire process was very smooth. We replaced a combo wall oven/microwave with a wall oven. The combo microwave was burnt out in less than 5 years. Expensive lesson to not buy combo. Put a shelf in and put a better stand alone microwave in.

We were investing substantial dollars in a top of the line OLED TV and needed expert guidance on choosing between the three main brands and their offerings. Tyler proved to be very knowledgeable and was able to point us in the right direction.

We had to install our TV above a fireplace. We needed the help of the Geek Squad to do this. Our technician and assistant were efficient and friendly. They took away all our worries of getting a large TV into that space. They also removed all the packaging for recycling. Much appreciated!

We needed to buy a new wall oven/microwave combo unit and needed help with the size of the new oven versus the cutout in the wall that accommodated the old oven. Our consultant, Sean, measured and compared models and gave us pretty clear instructions about the modifications needed to have the new unit installed. Unfortunately, Best Buy would not do the necessary modifications so we just had them drop off the new oven in the box and hired a local handyman service to install the new oven and take the old one away. This added an extra $250 to the cost of the new unit so make sure you know that going in.
