Im excited with my new 65" tv the advisor at best buy was 10 star "yahir" advise into what will fit my home plus the geek squad "alonso" kicked in and did the labor work and did the wall mount for my tv they did an amazing job i really recommend geek squad for future projects ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brandon is fantastic. He took the time to understand my needs and put together the perfect appliance package for my kitchen. Additionally, as we were working out the details over the course of a few weeks, Brandon identified even more discounts and I was able to upgrade the appliances and spend less money than original package.

Michael spent a lot of time advising me of the features of one tv over another. Even though I was considering an expensive tv along with a lower price one, he never pushed his opinion one way or another to get a bigger sale. His advice was honest and practical and he helped me tremendously.

I am very happy with the service and advice I got from Ryan. My Samsung tv and sound bar system rock my new room addition. Mark from the geek squad did the installation which was quick and easy. This set up sounds like I’m in a movie theater. I purposely waited to watch the movie Maverick on this system and the atmos sound was incredible!!!

Jordon came to my home, discussed my home stero and TV needs and made his recommendations based on my current equipment. Based on his recommendations I upgraded my receiver and speakers, and immensely pleased with the outcome. He scheduled the installation and everything was done in a professional and meticulous manner.

My consultant Blanca was the best when purchasing my LG wash tower she made is so easy and delivery was quick and easy highly recommend the wash tower works wonderfully especially with a newborn and his sensitive skin the sanitize mode is AMAZING!

We needed to buy a new wall oven/microwave combo unit and needed help with the size of the new oven versus the cutout in the wall that accommodated the old oven. Our consultant, Sean, measured and compared models and gave us pretty clear instructions about the modifications needed to have the new unit installed. Unfortunately, Best Buy would not do the necessary modifications so we just had them drop off the new oven in the box and hired a local handyman service to install the new oven and take the old one away. This added an extra $250 to the cost of the new unit so make sure you know that going in.

Kristin noland was very professional in addressing my concerns and needs evaluated the right size of flat screen that was just right for my size of wall. Was very happy with the install the 2 Techs were very helpful with everything.

We needed help and advice on setting up a new tv on top of our fireplace, the tv specialist Alex was very helpful on selecting the proper tv, tv wall mount, soundbar with tv mount and we even ended up mounting a tv in the master bedroom

I've had the best experiences with the Best Buy technicians that have help me and my family have a smart home with a 150 yr house. That started with Google nodes, then the ring camera, alarm. Thermostats. Now we are working on a 2-channel theater system for the tv room and patio. The tech support has been worth every dime I've spent that started in 2012 with buying my first laptop from them.

We are opening an art gallery and we needed a tech expert to handle all the smart components from sound, cameras to wifi and locks and we can’t be happier than having Amanda coming over and putting a detailed plan on what to do, from ideas to complete install the place looks and sounds great and we are super excited with Best Buy and the geek squad quality product and service. I needed to replace the refrigerator in my long and narrow apartment kitchen. In store I had decided on a Samsung with French doors and a pull-out freezer but wanted to be sure that it would fit in the space available. Michael came to my home, took careful measurements and reassured me that the new refrigerator could be installed successfully. This was indeed the case

I needed installation of a new larger screen TV and Sono. I also asked that the smaller TV be placed in the bedroom. The Geek Squad were terrific, very friendly, and helpful in teaching me my new system.

Since I planned on replacing both my refrigerator & wall oven, I needed help with appliance measurements to determine if the new ones chosen would fit. Johnathan came to measure and assured me they would fit — 2 weeks later appliance’s arrived & fit perfectly! See before (old) & after (new) photos.

Just moved into the Frisco area. Used the service to furnish my new home with entertainment security and appliances. Sonos, Samsung QLEDs 75 LG OLEDs our door cams. Samsung washer/dryer, interactive refrigerator, sound Amp, blue ray players, media center speakers and nest thermostats. I went through several exchanges and returns until I was delighted with my setup. Returns and exchanges were easy. Even better price matches I was able to easily via the phone with IHA rep or in store. My first time to use the service. It’s excellent and will use again for sure.

We have used Best Buy Total Tech for several years as the service we receive is always excellent. We recently worked with Justin for our cooktop installation and his knowledge and professionalism made this project a huge success. I'd recommend these guys for any projects, big or small!
