I am very happy with the service and advice I got from Ryan. My Samsung tv and sound bar system rock my new room addition. Mark from the geek squad did the installation which was quick and easy. This set up sounds like I’m in a movie theater. I purposely waited to watch the movie Maverick on this system and the atmos sound was incredible!!!

Ian was extremely helpful in helping us configure our new TV and sound system. He took the time to listen, and offer several options. There were times when he could have pushed for more expensive options, but he was very honest in recommending the options which best fit our situation. I would highly recommend him to others.

Just moved into the Frisco area. Used the service to furnish my new home with entertainment security and appliances. Sonos, Samsung QLEDs 75 LG OLEDs our door cams. Samsung washer/dryer, interactive refrigerator, sound Amp, blue ray players, media center speakers and nest thermostats. I went through several exchanges and returns until I was delighted with my setup. Returns and exchanges were easy. Even better price matches I was able to easily via the phone with IHA rep or in store. My first time to use the service. It’s excellent and will use again for sure.

I've had the best experiences with the Best Buy technicians that have help me and my family have a smart home with a 150 yr house. That started with Google nodes, then the ring camera, alarm. Thermostats. Now we are working on a 2-channel theater system for the tv room and patio. The tech support has been worth every dime I've spent that started in 2012 with buying my first laptop from them.

Jordon came to my home, discussed my home stero and TV needs and made his recommendations based on my current equipment. Based on his recommendations I upgraded my receiver and speakers, and immensely pleased with the outcome. He scheduled the installation and everything was done in a professional and meticulous manner.

We are opening an art gallery and we needed a tech expert to handle all the smart components from sound, cameras to wifi and locks and we can’t be happier than having Amanda coming over and putting a detailed plan on what to do, from ideas to complete install the place looks and sounds great and we are super excited with Best Buy and the geek squad quality product and service. Im excited with my new 65" tv the advisor at best buy was 10 star "yahir" advise into what will fit my home plus the geek squad "alonso" kicked in and did the labor work and did the wall mount for my tv they did an amazing job i really recommend geek squad for future projects ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Michael spent a lot of time advising me of the features of one tv over another. Even though I was considering an expensive tv along with a lower price one, he never pushed his opinion one way or another to get a bigger sale. His advice was honest and practical and he helped me tremendously.

I needed to replace the refrigerator in my long and narrow apartment kitchen. In store I had decided on a Samsung with French doors and a pull-out freezer but wanted to be sure that it would fit in the space available. Michael came to my home, took careful measurements and reassured me that the new refrigerator could be installed successfully. This was indeed the case

I had this service to install home theater system at my home in loft which is not completely closed room. The work done by the team was extraordinary. The team also recommended to upgrade the unceasing speakers to on wall speakers for front center channel and right and left speakers, the sound quality is amazing when compared. So I am happy with my upgrade. Over all the team worked here is very experienced and knowledgeable make good recommendations based on your budget.

We were interested in purchasing and mounting a new big screen TV in a setup that was good for movies and gaming. Jeff was extremely helpful in making recommendations that were custom tailored to our needs, and guided us every stuff of the way until our setup was complete. I wanted to purchase a soundbar along a new tv and replace my audio receiver. After my in home consultation Doug told me a sound system I had was far superior to a soundbar. I added a couple of speakers and the install turn out great

Support during audio-video component selection and installation was exceptional. However, the online order process did not allow for coordination of delivery timing. This caused more work for our Bestbuy project manager and installation technician and disruption at the assisted living facility. Very pleased with support and products.

I had spent several months remodeling part of the home to be able to fit a big screen TV where it would work well with existing cable and electrical service. Since this was my first big screen TV I wanted to make sure of what size TV would work best in the custom made shelf remodel. Was very pleased to find that a 65 inch model would work in the much improved wall space I had remodeled.

My refrigerator went out during the corona virus pandemic. So I couldn't go to the store and look at them. I told my advisor what I was looking for and she found everything that I was looking for. My appliances were 24 years old so I decided to buy all new appliances for my kitchen. I bought all my old appliances at Best Buy 24 years ago. My new appliances look great. I would like to thank my advisor for all her help. I couldn't have done it without her help. She was great.

My consultant Blanca was the best when purchasing my LG wash tower she made is so easy and delivery was quick and easy highly recommend the wash tower works wonderfully especially with a newborn and his sensitive skin the sanitize mode is AMAZING!
