We needed help and advice on setting up a new tv on top of our fireplace, the tv specialist Alex was very helpful on selecting the proper tv, tv wall mount, soundbar with tv mount and we even ended up mounting a tv in the master bedroom

My refrigerator went out during the corona virus pandemic. So I couldn't go to the store and look at them. I told my advisor what I was looking for and she found everything that I was looking for. My appliances were 24 years old so I decided to buy all new appliances for my kitchen. I bought all my old appliances at Best Buy 24 years ago. My new appliances look great. I would like to thank my advisor for all her help. I couldn't have done it without her help. She was great.

Since I planned on replacing both my refrigerator & wall oven, I needed help with appliance measurements to determine if the new ones chosen would fit. Johnathan came to measure and assured me they would fit — 2 weeks later appliance’s arrived & fit perfectly! See before (old) & after (new) photos.

I was clueless as to what we even needed. The Best Buy guy was able to explain everything to me and tell me what we needed to work all of the speakers that we had. It was very convenient as I was able to order online with his help on his iPad and pay for everything while he was still here. I did not have to go into the store and then later at the next appointment the Best Buy guys brought the equipment I purchased and installed it. It was very convenient.

Aymee Scott did an excellent job with our measurements and described the options we had in appliances we needed . She explained some configurations necessary for a perfect fit. She was always available for any questions and concerns. Much appreciated. Installation was very well done.

Dealing with Best Buy and Nick (Bel Air store) was terrific. Not only did he know so much about the appliances but was helpful in keeping me informed. I purchased GE electric stove, range hood, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Delivery and hook up was great plus with T-tech got good prices. Love my new kitchen appliances.

Installed my new 77 inch TV to the wall with new wall bracket. Hooked my new Sony theater receiver to all my installed 7 speakers and subwoofer. Set my sound settings for best surround sound in the room. Both installers were very informative and neat, installation was perfect from start to finish. I would recommend this service highly. He was an attentive listener, helping me select brands with the options I needed. He wasn’t distracted, knew the process, and was very personable. Every step of buying to delivery was explained in detail. What a valuable asset!

I needed installation of a new larger screen TV and Sono. I also asked that the smaller TV be placed in the bedroom. The Geek Squad were terrific, very friendly, and helpful in teaching me my new system.

Best Buy Team installed my new LG 83" TV and it looks great! I also bought a Sonos ARC Soundbar, Apple TV, Mounts for both the TV and to mount soundbar to TV, 8K-10K HDMI cable, and eero Pro 6E router, ALL installed by Total Tech Membership.

I needed some electrical work done to accomplish the installation of my purchase. The consultant, Jordy was very helpful and knowledgeable and not only knew what needed to be done but was able to recommend a local electrician to contact. It all works perfectly and I am very thankful for his help

Bill was an outstanding professional throughout the entire process. He chose the best place for my outdoor television and took a great deal of time in finding the best outdoor mount for where it was being placed. The television can be seen on the lanai or while in the pool with a quick turn. Thank you Bill!

When I said to the sales guy, “I want the Samsung 82,” the work began to provide all the suggests for completion of my Super Bowl centerpiece. Between BB sales and management team, the Geek Squad and several unknown slaves... the team of over a dozen people were assembled to make my day. Even Clint Eastwood wouldn’t have gotten more attention than I. The tv is just as cool as I expected, but for minor adjustments, they were here 3 weeks later, too. Thanks, Newport News Store!

We put off getting the In-Home Consultation for so long. Finally we made time and when we realized the possibilities and the affordability, we went “Buck Wild”. Welcome to our home Nest Thermostats, Ring Doorbell, Alexa echo, 4 Echo dots, 19 Hue LED lights, and something that lets me know if the garage door has been left open for an extended period and allows me to close remotely. Everything we wanted automated is now automated. We’re still getting used to everything and sometimes I fight with Alexa, but it has been such a blessing.

Re eivwd an advance call ao I could get apps downloaded and ready to go that helped streamline installation efforts. Gene was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and capable. The results ate fantastic and we couldn't be happier with both our install experience and results.

Went to Best Buy to buy a Samsung frame tv. After talking to the Best Buy sales guy he recommended sending out a home advisor and boy was I so happy I did. I end up not only changing from the Samsung frame tv but went with a lg OLED C7 and long with klipsch tower speaker, def tech procenter 1000 center speaker, Russ sound atmos speakers additional sub, Roku device, antenna for locals, new Yamaha aventage receiver and more. I’m so happy that advisor came out and lead me in the right direction. I now have a movie theater in my home!!
