This one is a must if you have not gotten the original 4k release. Although the shout remaster of the original has superior visuals you can't beat the audio of 4k on this version. All that's left is NOEM 4k

Perfect for the spooky season. Released right before Friday The 13th in October. Waxwork Records did a great job with the slip. Great for any collection.

No matter how many times you have seen Friday the 13th...you've not seen it like this until you own this 4K release. Outstanding picture and sound quality all-around. No complaints with this release. Perfect for a Friday movie night...

Not sure if I needed this title. I already have the Scream Factory Complete Collection but I couldn’t resist checking out the new transfer. It’s not the most well shot film as nd it can be a drag at times but as far as an 80s horror film, the acting is a gem. It sure if I needed to pick the 4K and I felt that the Steelbook was a poor ripoff of the Texas Chain Saw Massacre Steelbook. Ultimately, if you have this on Blu-ray I really can’t recommend double dipping again.

Just in time for the holiday season, camp crystal lake will not disappoint. If Best Buy had listed this to include that it is a steelbook it would sell out before Halloween, so pick yours up on sale now! (Corpa!)

Picked up the 4K steelbook because I'm a huge fan of the F13th films. Already owned the standard edition in 4K, but opted to grab this anyway. Nice packaging, and the video/audio are great!

One of the 80's original slasher films, formatted better than it was seen in theaters in '80. There are so many great extras. I've always loved 80's horror and this one kicked it off!

A decent little murder mystery and a great looking 4k to boot! Buy it!

Picture quality is great. You can actually see how fake half the scenes are. It’s actually not scary as I remember it being.

Love this movie and the steelbook is the same as the poster. I hope all steelbook releases will be of their original poster art

Great quality 4k DVD. Nice picture, well worth the upgrade to 4k. Can't beat the 80's classics.

Was a great remastered. Can’t wait for the second one, but it sucks that you have to wait a whole year before you get that hopefully we won’t. And I’m reviewing for this fake $400 the Best Buy’s giving.

Kinda disappointed the new artwork is only on the slip and the steel has the same artwork as the previously released blu ray steelbook, but it’s cool nonetheless.

The one that started them all and not surprising the best movie of the franchise! Looks great in 4k and nice original artwork on the collectible steelbook packaging.
