This air conditioner is excellent I bought it on sale so price was right ,...it is working way beyond what I thought I have a 2 room apartment and it is making both rooms like a Ice Box it has a remote control,it has a economy setting,and a sleep timer to automatically set a shutoff time . ,,,,I would give it 5 stars but only thing about it is a bit loud not really loud but a bit also it's near my TV where I have it setup at in a window so if thinking of buying it buy it you will be satisfied and my 2 room apartment is 650 SQ.Feet

I had a Frigidaire ac befor this one loved it but it was getting pretty old and when i saw this one had wifi connection I was super excited. The ac works great the only reason I downed the stars is the controller is cheap thankfully my old controller works on this new unit and gas more control options. Also the information for how to connect to wifi or a quick link to the app for download was either very well hidden not apparant enpigh or completly un mention besides yes this gas wifi check your quick start up guide.. i checked the guide none of the information i wanted asap was there! I ended up searching Frigidaire in the play store on my andriod and downloading that. Neat trick not allowing a signup in the app unless you approve all the marketing boxes to be checked otherwise you get the thinking wheel permanantly and have to uninstall and reinstall the app to try again. Anyhow love the Ac hate the cheapness of the contoller and the almost zero directions to get on wifi i got it working its great.

This is by far the BEST air conditioner we have purchased. It cools off our downstairs within minutes. Worth the purchase.

Works well so far. Originally purchased for a small window. Didn’t fit. So gave it to my parents with a bigger window. Measure before getting it. Lights dim once it’s on. Had a little bit of trouble putting the side accordion pieces in. Little elbow grease helped. Not too heavy.

Great air conditioner. Great features including wi fi capability. I turn ac on from my phone ,adjust temp and fan speed. Has timer as well.

I think the AC does what it’s advertised to do: cool a room. It gets my bedroom ice cold, and while I don’t think it — a 10,000 BTU unit — can cool a 650 square foot apartment, it certainly helps keeps the main room chilly.

The app is super usefull and convenient when were out of town. Just pop in and turn it on mile away from home. Its a breeze! pun intended.

I not what I want my room is small but it not cool. I imagine when the summer come with 100 degree. I know I not feel comfortable

Frigidaire has been always a reliable brand for my family. No issues since day of purchase and installation is easy.

Not sure yet if it will cool my 400 sq ft room yet

Did not get in good shape. Box was damaged and AC did not work. Had to return for a refund. FedX delivered but UPS picked it up to be shipped back. Was very disappointed simply because I desperately needed this due to having breathing issues and very extreme heat and humidity. Probably won't be able to purchase another one either :( Hopefully, this will help others if they decide to have one shipped. Wish I could give a better review, but honesty is the best policy in my reviews.

I regret that I bough this a/c. Very expensive. Bought this because it's 10,000 BTU and its wifi feature. It doesn't get cold even if I place it on high cool setting. I don't even use blanket or duvet because it's not cold. Called customer service to get assistance with wifi connection issues. The tech support is kind. I was told they will get back to me in 48 hours. It has been more than 1 week. I have been waiting for someone to get back to me! This a/c has been installed and they expect me to return this item!

The AC is great. Had a couple hot days and it's not given an inch. Love it, bes purchase i made tbis year.
