I purchased this frig to use in the garage and so far it works great. I agree that it is a little noisy but it is in the garage so it does not bother anyone. It keeps food frozen at low temperature settings and I love all of the shelving inside. Also it is a perfect size for our small family or a larger one to store frozen food.

Great size upright freezer, 13.7 cu feet. I like that it is frost free, has a light, a basket in the bottom, and storage in the door as well as plenty of storage on the wire shelves.

it's a nice reasonably priced unit,seems to work perfectly in the short period we've owned it.love that it's a stand-up instead of a chest type much easier to store and find things!!

I have had chest freezers all my life, now that I am getting older I wanted an upright. I read up on several freezers before I choose this one. One of our daughters sleeps in the room where it is located and it does make a little noise when it kicks on but not bothersome. Very good storage space, perfect for a small family. The only thing I would change would be the braces for the door shelving and it should come with 2 keys instead of only 1. Overall, I would recommend this freezer to my family and friends.

Bought for extra capacity as a garage freezer. Had read reviews indicating noisy operation but I have found just the opposite to be true. Good capacity size and yet it doesn't interfere with parking in the garage. Quite pleased with the purchase but only time will tell as to reliability

So far, I like everything about it. The price was great! Quick delivery, came in ready to go, they placed it right where I wanted it to stay. I plugged it in, chose a medium setting and it's been working great! Its a tiny bit noisy when the motor kicks in, just a hum, but a little loud that it worried me at first. Works great though, no complaints. I love an upright SO MUCH MORE than my chest freezer, totally worth it! I can see everything inside with a quick glance, no more digging around in the dark.

Great size for a second storage freezer that can be put in the garage. Easy to get to shelves and bottom basket. Nice design with door alarm.

We use this freezer in our garage. It is great. It's a little loud sometimes, but that doesn't effect us since it's not in our living space. Great item for the price. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am glad I have this on my back porch. Even my Hubby commented saying, is it supposed to make so much noise. This freezer works great, love the bottom drawer and the door holders. The freezer keeps consistent temperature and I love the fact you can see the numbers on the outside, so if something is wrong you will see it right away. I have not heard the alarm, and hope to never have to :) I would recommend this if you don't need to have it within hearing distance in your living space.

No need to elaborate here...looking for a compact upright freezer for a room with limited space, and this fits the bill. Temperature controls are located on the outside of the door...nice touch, but not an essential feature.

Does it make noise? Yes, it sounds like a fan running in the other room. Imagine that.. there is a fan in there. Does it keep me from sleeping? No. If I shut the door I don't hear it. Good Price, Good Room, Interest Free special, lock, frost free.. I've had it for one month.. a year will tell the tale if it continues to hold up, but so far yes, I like it just fine.

My wife and I really got tired of the bottom drawer freezer, so we decided to buy a stand-alone freezer. This is the smaller version, but it has been terrific to have the extra space. The performance is outstanding, even at a setting of 4 out of 7, everything is ice, ice cold. Very quiet and well made. Not as big and bulky as full-sized versions either, so perfect for those who don't need all that space. The bottom drawer freezer is now just for ice storage!!!

We looked at all of the upright freezers Best Buy offers and chose this one for the size and value. Nice interior layout, seems to freeze well and attractive. The only drawback is the noise. It's out in the garage and we can hear it through the living room wall! Not terrible but noticeable! Overall, we are very pleased with the purchase

This product was a strong focus of acquirement when we moved into our new home. It has a large storage capacity and fits into a fairly small area. It also is an energy efficient item.

Perfect size for the 3 of us! Picked it up myself and put it in the garage! Works great. I would tell everyone to grab this one, but, it's discontinued and I grabbed the floor model!

I wanted a chest freezer, cuz I'm cheap. Wife wanted an upright. So we compromised and got what she wanted. It holds a decent amount of stuff and it's easy to find stuff.

Needed a freezer to hold 500 Lbs of beef and this fit the bill. Very happy with purchase.

Thjis has been a blessing for us. We need space in the frig/freezer in our kitchen. We have a "starter" home, and d not have room for a large freezer. This is perfect. As our family grows, we will probably upsize to a large size in the same brand. The frost-free feature is an absolute must. Many others do not offer it.

I wasn't able to go to the store to look at and compare the different choices. I used other customer's reviews and opinion. I currently have a smaller chest freezer and it's hard for me to reach things in the very bottom. We hunt for out meat and I'm glad to say we were blessed with plenty of meat to fill our current freezer plus some. I chose this freezer for several reasons. The main reason was the adjustable shelves, basket in bottom and small shelves in door for small items. I also like that it can be locked due to having a grand baby as once he gets older he won't be able to open it. Next thing would be the alarm. If it's left open or the temp raises it let's you know instead of it being left open all night and ruining food. I think the price could have been a little cheaper but above all I'm very happy with my purchase. I hope this will help with making your choice. God bless.

This is a great small size freezer. I love that it is upright and easy to find the things that I have in it. I also love the temperature gauge on the outside door so that you know that it is working. I have not needed the alarm, but would think that the alarm will work just fine if ever needed.
