replaced an existing freezer and this is so so much easier to use! I love the bottom basket.

I REALLY LIKE THE FREEZER. I LIKE THAT CAN BE LOCKED. I LIKE ALL THE SPACE IN THE DOOR AND THE LARGE BASKET IN THE BOTTOM.

The features of this freezer are great. An alarm will sound when the door isn't closed and the digital read=out will let you know when the temperature rises.....

I had been looking at freezers at Home Depot and after yet another bad experience in their stores, I decided to look at best buy. I was happy to find a better model at a better price with better delivery (home depot offered none ....sales clerk said oh no, we don't deliver anymore. .... What ? So how is a small woman supposed to somehow get a freezer to her house ????). The sales rep at best buy was polite and friendly and efficient. The delivery process was seamless. The freezer seems great and is just what I wanted. Glad to see best buy back to the basics of keeping customers happy.

For the longest time, we had to buy small quantities of food, at retail prices, because of the small capacity of our refrigerator-freezer. We had to stuff it to be able to get what we needed.Happy to say we finally found a suitable freezer, with a light, that I won't have to defrost. Now we don't have to hold back when we go to Costco and BJ's.

we need ed a new freezer. Moved from Wisconsin to Fl. Shopped around and found this one. Works great, right price and delivery went very well.

All in all happy with the purchase, gives us the extra room to shop in bulk and sales. So it is less trips out to grocery stores.

We were actually able to get this freezer and it had everything we wanted in it for just a few dollars more than the one we had been looking at that was missing some of the "must" features that we wanted. For those few dollars it does not need to be defrosted, it was larger, yet it still fit in the space we needed. We are very happy with our purchase. Even the delivery man said "this one never has to be returned for problems."

Fits into garage space easily and locks. Delivery people were great setting it up.
