This freezer looks nice, and the cats have a wide window box. I love to garden, but I do not always want to can my produce. I have enough room to store any or all of this year's crop. I like to be able to stock up on sale items, but the size constraints of the freezer compartment of the refrigerator limits bulk buying. I plan to stock up on Turkeys and corned beef. I picked a year's worth of strawberries and they barely put a dent in the available area. The energy consumed is negligible. The price for the freezer was very fair.

It's way too soon to tell if this machine will last the 20+ years of my old chest freezer but it was time to improve efficiency, this ones says it'll cost $38/year to run. Between rebates and recycling I'm getting $75 from my electric supplier toward the upgrade! Don't forget to ask your electric company about recycling, I didn't realize that it applied to freezers >10 cu feet and it was worth $50. The base of the unit is narrower than what is listed in the specs and that's a good thing as the door to the basement is only 30" wide. I took off the lid it fit snugly through the doorway and is purring away in it's new home. Really no features to this model other than the numbered temperature dial.

We wanted a freezer that would fit into our garage without displacing the cars and only an upright would do that. We also wanted one that had a locking lid as our old freezer would not stay closed unless the door was locked. This one does the trick. Plenty of space and easy to use.

It is a good size and it is very quiet, I just wish there were more baskets for the inside to seperate the food types (butter, frozen veggies, pork, chicken etc), I would recommend this product.

We looked at a lit a freezers, this one was the perfect size and price.It also has two baskets. Our power went out for over four hours and all the food in the freezer was still frozen. It kept everything just fine.

Loved my old model more. It had a light inside of it when you opened the freezer door. This new model does not.

I've only had this freezer a week, but it's nice and cold inside. Easy to set up, but wish it had adjustable feet for unlevel floors.

Good for a family that stock a lot of frozen food especially those family that goes to west covina to buy food to filipino store. Good value for the size.

I shopped around and this one was the cheapest I could find at the 14.8 size. I wish it had more than two shelfs and a light, but at this price I could do without.

An average freezer that is loud when running. Also, the Best Buy salesperson and the manufacturer's website both said this model has a power on indicator light- well, it does not. Very disappointing since I paid a bit of a premium for this manufacturer.

This freezer looks just as it did on line and works great. Its spacious and easy to use.

We first bought an Igloo freezer, and it worked a few hours and then shut off. We returned it and got another one, and it did the same thing. We exchanged it for this Frigidaire freezer, and it works great. It freezes good, and runs quietly. I am well pleased. We should have bought this Frigidaire to start with.

First unit did not work (even after the 24 hours and attempted reset suggested by support) and had to take back (good thing I have a truck). Second worked immediately (within a couple of hours). No fills - no power light or interior light. Bought on sale which is the only way I would buy this product.

The freezer is a replacement of an older chest freezer, and it was purchased to hopefully reduce our operating energy consumption. It has far exceeded my expectation with a projected annual operating cost of less than 20% of the old freezer.

I needed a freezer. Looking around and comparing prices was showing me best buy was the best deal I could make. It came with a warranty, delivery and cost less for a bigger size freezer. It was everything I needed.

I liked this but found an upright for close to same cost. Not a lot of room, so decided to trade for upright

Our old freezer was about 30 years old and had been running almost constantly - we figure about $1 + per day to run the last few months. The new freezer is rated at less than $40/year. It won't be long before it pays for itself.

My freezer is working fine. The delivery service was great. It was delivered for free right to the spot I wanted it in the basement. The people doing the delivery plug it in and made sure it was working. I was freezing stuff just 1 week after I order the freezer.

wonderful sales help and delivery. This freezer is smaller than my original but it still holds a lot. Unsure if it will hold the 1/2 a cow we get every year. It will be tight. But the price for the larger size and delayed delivery time just wasn't appealing.
