It takes at least 30 minutes or more to cool the room It tends to blow the air straight out, the front vents dont allow the air to go to the sides very much. So works better if the AC is centrally located

I didn’t open it until today. There is a big dent on the side. Some of the screws were too short, had to find some of my own that fit. Other than that, A/C works fine so far.

Was dropped, missed return date.

I ordered it in May and didn't need it until the end of June so it's been in my garage for almost 2 months. I missed the date I could return it. I got it to work kind of, but has a huge dent and looks super beat up.
