Not AC, just a fan

No matter when i turn it ON, even to the max on High Cool, it does NOT cool at all! Or atleast it takes 4 hours for the compressor to kick in and its a brand new unit with nothing blocking outside either! Garbage!

If you are experiencing cooling issues, please check the following conditions: clean air filter, if dirty, set air conditioner to a lower temperature, re position air louvers for a more efficient air flow, make sure the appliance is not blocked by drapes, blinds, furniture etc., and close all doors, windows and other cool air escapes.
