The freezer wants to roll toward you when opening the door and need to have both hands free to open it. I am dissapointed about the $100.00 rebate through KCP&L said something about my area being under Aquila and We have lived here for 41 years + and has always been KCP&L. Anyway no rebate. I might not have purchased it had I known I would not receive the $100.00. Still kind of angry about that. Probably won't bother with Energy Star merchandise again.

It has a lot of room and is easy to keep things separated (meats, vegetables, desserts, etc.) My only concern was with the delivery. The delivery service hired out missed 2 appointments causing a little problem...but nothing that would cause me to not purchase the freezer

It has plenty of space and cooled down very fast. I love having the extra room so I can buy special deals of the things we like and it will save me money in the long run so we don't eat out as much.

I am very happy with the size, the shelving and sliding tray, and how easy it is to find everything. The delivery was free and the freezer arrived in perfect condition.
