Best Buy had a great selection of freezers, and their web site had plenty of information for us to review and make our choice, Delivery schedules were very convenient and the Geek squad installer was very professional and a nice person. We were very satisfied with the service.

Since we bought the initial freezer for fish/meat /garden products when our baking freezer was nearing end of life we ordered the twin to our new freezer 1 year prior.

I also liked the idea of being able to actually see and control my temperature with the digital display panel. Having glass shelves is also a nice benefit. The only initial problem I had was that the "factory" placed the mid level shelf up too high and just a few inches from the "pizza shelf" It took me some time to finally figure out how to actually move the shelf and now I am a pleased with the layout. Minor complaint: I think the manufacturer should have included 4 rather than 3 adjustable half shelves as there is certainly enough room to accommodate 4.
