Plugging the holes with grey plastic is not very appealing. Also unit is a bit loud I think. Recommendation given for use in a rental to price conscious buyer

I would recommend this product though. Slick, relatively quiet and does the job right. Best feature is dual controls for refrigerator and freezer. Older model only had one.
